The open floor plan provides ample room for everyone to gather, with expansive living areas and oversized couches perfect for relaxation. Air mattresses available upon request for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Note: We do have a contract for a 3rd party that rents pontoons. They drop them off and pick them up. However, the pontoon pictured is not included in the rental of this property.

For early spring and fall guests: Please be advised that the dock is installed and removed each year by a third-party company, and neither the owners nor management control the exact timing. In general, docks are installed by mid-May and may be removed anytime from late September through the end of October, depending on weather and the company’s schedule. We cannot guarantee that the dock will be in place during these timeframes. If having a dock available is important to your stay, please reach out before booking and we will do our best to confirm availability on a case-by-case basis.
