Stay in this beautiful 46.80 m² flat, located on the 1st floor of a new residence (delivered in 2024), quiet and of good standing, classified 3 stars.With 2 bedrooms, south-west exposure and a terrace that enjoys early afternoon sunshine, this bright, pleasant apartment is perfect for holidays with your partner, family or friends. You'll love the unobstructed views, natural light and modern, cosy atmosphere.

- shower room with basin, towel rail, shower tray
- Living area with open plan, fully equipped kitchenette, sofa, armchairs, dining area. The South West-facing terrace is accessed from the living room via two glass doors.
- 1 separate WC
FACILITIES: Individual heating via air source heat pump, fridge with freezer compartment, combined oven and microwave, 3 zone induction hob, built-in dishwasher, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, raclette/crepe machine, fondue set, TV, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, built-in washer-dryer, wifi, lift.
OTHER FACILITIES: 1 garage space on level -1 (plan maneuver), 1 ski locker. Shared bike store (don't forget to bring your lock)
