Anmerkungen zu Ferienwohnung Oosteriede

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber aber unserer Meinung nach bedarf es dringend einer Renovierung, sowohl teilweise bei den Möbeln ((Polstermöbel) als auch bei den Wänden. Ausserdem ist das fehlende W-Lan zu bemängeln.

Es freut uns, dass Sie die Sauberkeit der Wohnung positiv bewertet haben. Das Haus ist älter, aber alle Möbel und Einrichtungen befinden sich in funktionsfähigem Zustand. WLAN gehört zudem nicht zur Ausstattung und wird daher auch nicht im Inserat angegeben. Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Eindrücke mit uns geteilt haben.

Tolle Unterkunft

Tolle Wohnung, die Beschreibung sowie die Bilder halten, was sie versprechen. Laut Angebot ist kein Internet verfügbar, allerdings fanden wir überraschend auf dem Küchentisch den Zugang für eine Fritzbox vor. Die Türmatten sollten jedoch ausgetauscht werden, hier besteht extreme Rutschgefahr auf den glatten Fliesen! Hervorzuhebend ist der tolle Service. Es fehlte der Sonnenschirmständer, ebenso eine Sitzauflage. Diese beiden Teile sind umgehend vom Hausmeister nach dem Telefonat gebracht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Dei

Wir (m42,w34) hatten ein paar ruhige und erholsame Tage in der gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte und ist gut erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit ist uneingeschränkt gegeben und die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Siedlung ist trotz guter Auslastung (Touristen/Bewohner) sehr ruhig, so dass man entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen bzw. Gut Schlafen kann. Die Nähe zur Eisenbahnstrecke nimmt man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht wahr.

Urlaub März 2025 in Norddeich

Die Wohnung Osteriede ist gut und ruhig gelegen wir konnten von da aus alles Fuß läufig erreichen. Unserer Meinung nach könnte der TV ca 25 cm höher stehen und WLAN wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.Wehrend unseren Aufenthalt wurden noch Tisch und Stühle für die Terrasse gebracht super Dankeschön noch mal dafür.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen

Lärm durch die Bahn

Wohnung an sich ist gut. Nur die Lage am Bahndamm ist nicht so gut. Da die Bahn Nachts rangiert und die Loks mit laufendem Motor in Höhe der Wohnung abgestellt werden. Was zu einer Lärmbelästigung führt und man nicht vor 1 Uhr zum schlafen kommt.

Ferienwohnung Osterriede in Norddeich

kleine,, ebenerdige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und großer Terrasse. Alles vorhanden,, was man braucht und in gutem Zustand. Von dort aus ist der Fährhafen und die Bahnstation gut fußläufig zu erreichen (ca.10 Min.) Die Bahnlinie hinter dem Haus hat überhaupt nicht durch Geräuschbelästigung gestört. Der ganze Ort ist sehr schön, Bäcker und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Leute sind alle sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Insgesamt für Reisen mit 2 Personen in den Norden sehr zu empfehlen.
