Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room 15 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 10 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace 20 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: iron, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
