This is a quiet, modern and well maintained apartment with 65 m² in a multi-party - House in Gmunden-Traundorf. Directly opposite is the Protestant church. You need only 5 min. To the center, and od the lake. For Traun.
Tram stop is only about 200 meters away.
W-LAN (WIFI) Internet available.
You can expect a friendly, cozy living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. On extendable dining table, you can easily take your meals.
Smoking use the large, screened-in balcony, overlooking the quiet courtyard.
The kitchen is via fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...
The bathroom offers the possibility to take a shower or a bath, towels and bed linen is also available. The toilet is in a separate room - with a small sink.
Use of the underground car park is free.
If you are interested and by appointment I can also offer you an unforgettable sailing experience on my yacht.

Das Apartment ist geräumig, funktionell eingerichtet und war für uns ideal , zentral gelegen. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt und zum See.
Die Kommunikation und Absprachen mit dem Vermieter haben reibungslos funktioniert, alles in allem haben wir eine wunderbare Woche in Gmunden verlebt . Danke

Ok aber kein Highlight
Entgegen der Angabe war nur ein Zimmer für zwei Personen offen.

Es heißt nicht wenn 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind das bei einer Buchung von nur 2 Personen dieses 2te Schlafzimmer benützt wird.
Wäre ein Einfaches gewesen das der Gast vorweg informiert das im Schlafzimmer 1 und 2 aufgebettet wird.
Bei keiner Meldung ist es nachheliegend das nur 1 Schlafzimmer vorbereitet wird.
Nebenbei geht es auch um die Bettwäsche. Es wäre ein zweites Spannleintuch vorzubereiten.
Bei 2 Personen zahlt man ja auch weniger als bei 3 oder mehr und es könnten theoretisch auch mehr Gäste ohne zu zahlen das Apartment benützen.

Gut gelegen und ausgestattet.
Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine sehr zentrale Lage und war gut ausgestattet. Auch die räumliche Aufteilung war vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider hatte das Bad kein Fenster. Ansonsten keine Beschwerden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns einen tollen Restauranttip gegeben.
