Villa des Malons "As a family of 4 we really enjoyed and liked the house. It was neat and clean. Everything needed was available. Spacious garden. Excellent location if you want to be close to the beach (walking distance). Bakery in the same street. We really recommend and would go there again!"

Villa des Malons Great location, secluded garden, short walk to promenade and boulangerie. Good supermarket in the village and cafes and restaurants locally and adjacent villages. Kitchen, lounge and shower rooms with new furniture and appliances but a bit sparse and lacking instructions for equipment. Good showers but a bit tight and only one toilet. Fast wifi.

I know the area well and have stayed over 10 times in Saint Aubin sur mer. This accommodation was lets say full of character but being 6'4 tall using the toilet was an absolute nightmare in both sides of the "split" accommodation. Also no bed linen or towels provided so had to arrange two sets for 3 nights for 32 euro's. The entrance needs a trim as low hanging trees and plants which was fun when trying to access at 9 pm on arrival

Villa des Malons "Disappointed 🙂 The garden, while beautiful, was completely overgrown which rendered half of the yard unusable. The location is convenient, but there is limited parking available. 🙁 the house is listed as a two bathroom property but there is only one bathroom that has a toilet."
