You'll be surprised how private everything seems. Guests have commented that it seems like we (the hosts) aren't even there most of the time. The same with other guests. Most are professionals in-town on short term assignments. Thus, are out to work, then mainly come to sleep. It's an inexpensive romantic getaway!
It's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Every now and then you'll hear a train or rooster, but 99.9% of the time it's quiet and peaceful.
