If you like to prepare your own culinary delights, then you have every opportunity in the fully equipped kitchen. Oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, dishes, spices, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, baking utensils, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee machine + Dolce Gusto machine and a fridge freezer. Of course, if you want, you can just put a frozen pizza in the oven.
In the lovingly furnished living / dining area you will find a comfortable sofa set with a TV-Relax armchair for a relaxing evening. In front of the crackling log fire or a good DVD on the 48 "TV you can let the day pass by. When the table is laid, we have thought with a high chair even to the youngest. The large dining table is also ideal for an exciting evening with the existing children and board games.
Dive into your own dream world in our two wonderful bedrooms. The double beds with 5 or 7-zone cold foam mattresses offer you the optimum comfort. Each wall-mounted flat-screen TV can sweeten you to fall asleep. With clock radio, extra pillows and blankets, night light and baby cot incl. Mattress are available for additional amenities.
On cooler days, you can sweat in your own little sauna and splash in the rain shower. The bathroom is equipped with hair dryer, washing machine and clothes horse with brackets, makeup mirror and a towel radiator, a footstool for the little ones and many other useful things.
On the balcony you have the opportunity to enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine or tea on the south-west facing balcony. You can plan the next day at a large table with 4 chairs, cushions, parasol and a weather station.
During the period from May to September you can also enjoy the sun in the beach chair by the sea.

For tenants who are planning a holiday with friends or grandparents and therefore looking for two nearby apartments: The apartment "Meeresrauschen 10" is next door to our apartment. With simultaneous booking (if available) of both apartments you get 5% discount on the total rental price (excluding final cleaning and special services).

Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.
