LAX is about 15 minutes away so you will settle in fairly quickly if you’re flying in from out of town. Ralphs, Costco, Aldis & other local food joints near by for your convenience. Hello 👋🏻 welcome 🤗 This back house has a beautiful open layout with access to your own private patio. You will have a fully stocked kitchen with the basic kitchenware essentials. In your sleeping area you will find a Full size bed, adjacent to a small desk/vanity for your convenience.. preferably to those for long term stays. The futon also folds into a bed as a secondary sleeping option. In the living area you will access to WiFi, a 58 smart Samsung with FREE HULU, NETFLIX & Cable for your entertainment. The Bathroom is Fully stocked with toiletry essentials and a good size shower. Overall the coziness of this property feels amazing. The property is located is on a quiet residential neighborhood, with plenty of street parking up front. No washer or dryer on premises but the area has many nearby local laundromats. This is a perfect location for any work traveler since freeway access is nearby. Look no further if you’d like to experience the full LA culture being near the city and the beach.
