The fully equipped kitchen is separated by a kitchen island with bar from the living and dining area. Here you can cook to your heart's desire or simply enjoy a coffee cozy (a Nesspresso- and a filter coffee machine at your disposal).
The dining area is furnished with a table and six comfortable chairs. A high chair is also available.
In the living area there are only books for small and large also games, a hi-fi system, with all common interface to access your music, a Blue-Ray player and a 55 inch Full HD Smart TV.
On cold days, the stove provides with underfloor heating for warmth and comfort.
A special highlight is the spa. Here you will find on about 15 sqm next to a double wash basin, a shower, a toilet, a hot tub, a popular not only on winter days sauna.
By the second shower room the apartment also particularly well, for sharing. B. with friends, or public holiday is suitable with the grandparents.
On the first terrace you will find comfortable garden furniture and a large parasol, while on the second terrace two sun loungers await you to relax.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The terraces are oriented to north-west and south-east.

On request (booking required) you have a lockable bicycle storage room (about 4.5 m²) for your bikes, sports equipment or your bags available.
