Walk to Old Town Folsom-Duplex-Unit B
Unit B of Duplex one block to Old Town Folsom. Walk to all old town Folsom restaurant, shops, entertainment, light rail. Two bedroom and two bathrooms. Wall air conditioner and wall heater. Washer and dryer in unit. Living room, kitchen, master bedroom with own bath and queen bed. Second bedroom with twin bed. Very clean and quaint. There is one other room in the duplex that we use for storage which will not be available. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and all kitchen supplies.
