The accommodation is a detached villa that can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It has 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfortable bedding and storage.
The house is equipped with roller shutters.
You will find a functional and well-equipped kitchen. For your comfort, TV, wifi and connected fridge. Access to the swimming pool (open from May to September) and the jacuzzi (in operation all year round) are free and for the exclusive use of the villa's tenants. Ideally located a few minutes walk from the centre of Biscarosse Bourg and its amenities (shops, restaurants, market, etc.), a parking space in front of the house is at your disposal.
Non-smoking house, small pets allowed (max 1) Cleaning included at the end of your stay, sheets, towels and household linen also included.
Deposit of 800 euros to be paid when handing over the keys at the time of signing the inventory of the villa's equipment.

My guests are expressly asked to scrupulously respect the following operating regulations:
SPA: a shower is mandatory before swimming: an outdoor shower is provided for this purpose in order to preserve the quality of the water and the cleanliness of the spa.
It is mandatory to systematically re-cover the spa after use with the tarpaulin provided for this purpose: failure to comply with the tarpaulin will lead to overconsumption of electricity which will be systematically charged to the guest.
⁃ Swimming pool: same instruction as for the spa in the event of the departure of the guest from the villa and at night for the re-tarpaulin. It is forbidden to swim after using sun cream products at the risk of damaging the liner.
⁃ The cushions of the garden furniture must always be stored in the tray provided for this purpose in the evening before going to bed or in case of rain. Humidity damages the cushions and produces mould.
⁃ Deckchair: the bath towel must be used to enjoy them .
⁃ The electric awning must be closed when leaving the villa and at night.
⁃ As the house is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, it is forbidden to invite people without the owner's agreement with regard to the insurance taken out and the tourist tax due.
⁃ Respect for the area and the environment is not an option .
⁃ It is forbidden to smoke in the villa and to crush cigarette butts in the garden: an outdoor ashtray is provided for smokers .
⁃ Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a report by the host to Airbnd, financial compensation for the damage suffered and the additional costs and repair costs for the owner and in the event of a serious failure to immediately terminate the rental.
