We have many, many 5 star reviews from another popular website which we were only using until recently. I can share those with you. We have decided to start using VRBO more often so please disregard the lack of reviews and booking acceptance. Kailua Beach is the No. 1 beach in the US, but avoid the crowds and hassle. Enjoy the much more quiet/private part of the beach which is a short skip from the house. Feel the windward breezes sweep through this cleverly designed house. At nearly 1,500 sq ft this brand new renovation offers so much inside and out. A beautifully designed private side yard with lots of privacy. A perfect location for beach days, hikes, parks, downtown and all major roads to explore the island.

Home away from home

We have stayed in Kailua many times and love the location, but this beautiful home is our favorite. We had more than enough room for family to visit and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Everything is as described (or better) and the owners were accommodating and kind. I used the office to work remotely and took breaks on the beach (which is only a short walk away). Not surprisingly, we hope to return again soon!

I own four - 5 star rated homes (over 100 - 5 star reviews in total) on VRBO & AirBnB, but this home is home. I live in the Ohana/back unit with my auntie and we rent this house out to be able to afford to live in Hawaii. I always want my auntie to stay at her home so we created this property for us all to enjoy, but also be able to share with others. I enjoy this job very much because I love people and I sincerely enjoy watching others discover the love I put into my properties. I always own in great areas with lots to do and we once considered the slogan, "homes not houses".

Why they chose this property

This is a home, not a house. We are inviting you into a place that will feel like home. I have said enough about the location because it is just perfect, but the house is something we have put so much love into. This is not your standard vacation rental. We have furnished this house with the same furniture that we would use, the same paints, the same incredible artwork, the same comfortable sheets, the same everything. I would want my guests staying in the same conditions I stay in. I truly skimp on nothing. We just finished remodeling this home and we love it so much. We are looking forward to sharing it and interacting with you as much or as little as you would like.

What makes this property unique

The reason you will rent this house is the distance to the beach, private yard with gorgeous landscaping, the size of the house, its convenient location to everything, on the island, ample parking, it's luxurious finishings and its perfect blend of tropical style meshed with modern day desires (AC, WiFi, big TV). There is something major to be said for the convenience of never thinking about parking for the beach. You walk down a short public easement to the beach and you would not think twice to walk back the house for any needs because it is so close. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach and you can BBQ right there as well
