Drive through the gate and arrive in at this Middle Keys Gulf-front paradise! Conveniently located in Marathon you are close to all the ammenities including the private airport, but also feel like you are on your own private island oasis.
This 1600 square foot townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A spacious open floor plan allows you to take in the beautiful views of the grounds and water. Downstairs you will find a very well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, eat in breakfast bar with granite countertops, large dining area with seating for 6, and a large living space with Flat screen TV. Through the french doors you will find an expansive open air balcony with comfortable seating to view the fabulous Florida Keys sunsets.
Upstairs awaits all three bedrooms, with a split bedroom floor plan. A luxurious, private master suite with King bed overlooking the Gulf and balcony is waterside, and two guests bedrooms are streetside. There is also a full size, front load washer and dryer in the unit. Truly everything you need for a dream vacation. All bedrooms have smart Tv's.
The outdoor space expands over 15 acres and your 2 beautiful balconies allow you to take it all in. Huge gated pool area with excellent outdoor furniture. Indoor gym area, dedicated covered parking spot and boat slip (31 ft maximum length). Dock space #10. Please enjoy complimentary trailer parking off-site, about a quarter mile away.

Family vacation

Rooms and property was awesome and would not hesitate to come again. I would recommend Indigo Reef to anyone looking for a keys family fishing trip. 2 thumbs up!

Keys Family Vacation 2023

The property was beautiful and very convenient. Having a boat slip was an absolute plus. We look forward to many more years of visiting the Keys with our family.

Renter Beware of this property!

Booked unit Sept 2021 for stay May 2022. Condo plus adjacent boat slip. Arrived for vacation with MAJOR boat dock construction and we were unable to use paid for slip. Requested partial refund and was denied By “Florida Keys Vacation Rental’s “ and owner of unit . VRBO had false information on their website and I will NEVER USE VRBO or Florida Vacation Rentals again . A renter should be able to receive a partial refund if ANY part of the paid for property is not provided as described while booking on VRBO website .

Irresistible Indigo Reef!

We absolutely loved our stay at Indigo Reef! Marathon is a great town in the middle Keys area. We loved the pool and the canal out front. Manatees made their way into the canal every day, and my son caught many fish right from the dock. The kitchen was very well furnished and had everything we needed for cooking many of our meals. The beds were comfortable. The patio overlooking the canal was perfect for our meals, coffee in the morning, and playing games at night. We wish we had rented a boat to take advantage of the onsite slips. The weather was perfect for the week over Christmas.
