Welcome to the Marlin House (52). This stunning 3 bed, 3 bath luxury villa is located in the premier gated community of Indigo Reef. Immediate boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. 31' dockage included (trailer parking located across the street for a nominal charge at the Moose Lodge). Upon entry, you'll appreciate the professionally decorated open floor plan that expands through the gourmet kitchen/dining area, family room and into the outdoor covered lanai. Kitchen includes all of the amenities you'll need including Margaritaville Blender, Ice Cream Maker, Bread Maker, Keurig, Ninja coffee bar, crockpot and new stainless steel appliances. Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor each with direct deck access. Beds include Brooklinen Luxe Core line sheets and duvet covers. Sleeps 8. Enjoy happy hour on one of 3 spacious decks and grill your catch as you watch the sunset. 24/7 access to the owners should you need anything. Welcome Home! We first came to Indigo Reef in 2015. It was our first time to the Keys and we absolutely fell in love with this community and said "one day we will own a place here!" We loved so many things about this hidden gem...dockage right out the front door, spacious villa, modern amenities, great pool, and of course the AMAZING SUNSET VIEWS! Five Years later we fulfilled our dream and purchased our villa and are so excited to be able to share it with you. We are professional real estate investors from Minnesota and focus on making sure your stay exceeds all of your expectations. That is why we offer 24/7 direct communication with us personally. Anything you need, any problems you might encounter, any recommendations you desire, we want you to contact us at any time during your stay.
