This crazy compound has three bedrooms; the Master Bedroom features a Queen-size bed and a Queen-size futon.  The other two guest bedrooms have king-size beds while each has its own half bath, and they share a walk-in shower.  The frosted shower doors provide total privacy for anyone using either of the two half baths.  The shared shower also opens up to the outdoor pool are for easy after-sun clean-up.

This property really is a compound.  There are many private outdoor areas to catch the sun or sit and relax in the shade.  The pool is above ground and is surrounded by tropical landscaping that creates a private island feeling. There is a dining table out by the pool that is perfect for a nice dinner outdoors.

Let’s not forget about the 40-foot boat dock, no more than two boats please, walk-in tide alcove, and fish cleaning station.  This home really has it all.  The walk-in tide alcove is perfect for launching kayaks.  Don’t forget your water shoes: the surface is slippery and sharp… So be cautious.

You can be diving and snorkeling at the famous Sombrero Reef in just minutes! This home is located just a short boat ride away from one of the most famous dive spots in the Keys – Sombrero Reef. Here you will find crystal clear waters full of tropical fish and breathtaking coral where you can dive or snorkel. Head out just past the reef to catch your dinner where the waters are full of snapper and grouper.

At the end of the day, you have a fully equipped kitchen with all of your cooking needs, 2 dining areas and a fabulous screened porch just off the kitchen to cook your catch and enjoy your family and friends.

The home comes with wireless internet, cable, gas grill and all linens are provided.

This is the perfect retreat for those who like to fish. The home is located on the Oceanside and the fishing off the dock is excellent as well.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
