Upon entering the driveway to VRBO's Premiere Partner's home, SUNNY DAZE ESCAPE, managed by KeyZ Vacations right here in Marathon, you will know why we are a premiere private home located close to Sombrero Beach in beautiful Marathon, FL, the heart of the spectacular Florida Keys! Marathon is made up of 13 islands right in the middle of the chain of the Florida Keys and boasts some of the best boating activities anywhere in the world, including very quick access to deep-sea reefs or back country flats. Add to that the abundant waterfront restaurants that will even cook your own Florida Keys catch, plus jet-ski tours, kayaking, paddle-boarding. When not out on Marathons beautiful turquoise waters you can interact with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center, explore our beautiful sea life at Aquarium Encounters, learn all about sea turtles at the Turtle Hospital. If you love nature and history, you can visit Crane Point and Curry Hammock State Park or tour the areas railroad history at Pigeon Key.

This home is equipped for an electric car and a charger is provided should you choose to rent an electric car or already have one, please let us know and we will ensure the charging cable is available to you upon check in. We offer 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms for guests that is fully stocked with linens and towels for up to 10 guests. A kitchen with island is provided for any cooking connoisseur or a guest who wants to stay at home and cook when they want to experiment. Our large open kitchen/dining/living room concept allows all of our guests to be able to talk about your fun day, who caught the biggest….or smallest fish during your open water experience or who saw the most abundant and vibrant colored fish while snorkeling or diving!

Off the living room area is a very comfortable outside balcony that allows you to sit, relax and view the lower-level pool or dock area and provides added seating for company if you let them in on your secret place, you may not want company and enjoy our home all to yourself!!

Each bedroom provides a smart tv and the living room provides a tv with basic cable and for those guests who have to work while on vacation we offer free high-speed Wi Fi in our home. Our bedrooms are beautifully decorated in Coastal décor that allows you to soak in the “Keys Living” concept and we hope you never want to leave, just like us! The Master bedroom consists of a comfortable King bed, dresser, tv, large walk-in closet and bathroom suite for any couple who likes plenty of room while getting ready for the day! This bedroom is located just off the living room area and away from the other 3 bedrooms for added privacy and offers a small private balcony to view the lower-level outdoor area, great for a morning cup of coffee to soak in the day before the rest of the family wakes up. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable Queen bed, dresser, tv, large closet and a private bathroom with shower tub. Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer a comfortable Queen bed, dresser in each bedroom, tv, closet and share a bathroom with tub/shower just off the hallway. We do offer 2 twin air beds that are in the Master closet for those who don’t like to share a bed and want that extra little bit of room, these can fit into any of the 4 bedrooms. All beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided in each bathroom for our guests. An extra set of sheets is provided for the twin beds as well. We provide beach towels for up to 10 guests at our home.

The outside area is equipped with a smart tv to watch the games or a good chic flic while grilling your fresh catch of the day or lobster and shrimp isn’t a bad meal on the grill! We provide seating for our guests with new lounge chairs around the pool area to enjoy a little Vitamin D and Sea while reading a good book, closing your eyes to listen to the birds or just to lounge while watching the kids in the pool. Who doesn’t adore a nice ice machine for fishing or boating, refilling your glass while sitting at the pool or beach lounging with a cooler and we also provide a small frig that can be stocked up with your favorite beverage of choice while outside. The pool is nothing shy stunning and comfortable with optional pool heat during the cooler season.

Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 36 ft. with a fish cleaning table and lights and bait freezer for the avid fishing person. 3 Single person kayaks with vests/paddles are provided on our property along with 5 bikes for those who like to venture out on the water, or the many amazing trails Marathon has to offer.

We try to think of everything our guests would enjoy while at our home to make your vacation more than home away from home, we want you to feel right at home here, with us, at Sunny Daze Escape.
