This home is one of three that we offer, located next door to one another, each with it's own private pool and dock. The listing nmbers are 770357 (yellow house) and 1034656 (blue house). All are located on a private peninsula reaching out into the Atlantic Ocean.

From the moment that you arrive you will be swept away by the views this home offers. Perfect for a family or friends traveling together, this house is your home away from home. It is expertly decorated to allow you and your family to relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The protected dock will allow you to explore the ocean as you please. The area is great for fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. When you are not busy exploring the ocean you can relax in the private pool. Marathon is just a short 50mile drive from the heart of Key West.
The home is elevated and is equipped with an elevator. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is fully furnished and offers comfortable seating for your family All bedrooms offer king sized beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and dining needs. A large island offers extra seating along with the large dining room table. The dock attached to the back of the house allows boaters to bring in and store your boats while enjoying your time on land. There is a fish cleaning table as well.
