We had a wonderful stay at "Happiness Is". The location, grounds and amenities are excellent. The home itself is clean and comfortable and presents as an excellent value. The owners are extremely accommodating and communication was always property, courteous and considerate. My family and I would absolutely book with them again.

The stay was very nice and the views were beautiful. Quiet area and a great place to relax. The pool was large and clean. Amenities in the unit were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Gulf Point II Condo was excellent. The grounds was well taken care of. We had enough room to park our full size truck and 21 foot boat. It even had a place for us to dock our boat. The public boat ramp to launch was really close. We really enjoyed our stay. Janet and Bob was so easy to work with. They sent us a very organized and helpful list about the condo.

We enjoyed staying here very much! The condo is great and we had everything we needed for our family. The condo was clean and had plenty of room. The kayaks were a nice extra! We especially loved being able to snorkel right from the shore and were able to see an abundance of amazing sea creatures. The area is very peaceful and quiet yet you are close to everything you might need. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The best part of this rental was the location. On the Gulf, close to Ocean inlet and minutes to everything else needed. Plenty of room and stocked with all basic necessities. The dock was great for our rental boat and many fish (tarpon, barracuda, gar, clown fish, mangrove snapper…)and manatees seen from it.
Property around units very well maintained.
Calm waters usually found many days when watching wind directions.
Ate our fair share of legal Mangrove Snappers and Yellowtails.

The unit is comfortable and is in a great location, convenient to sights and activities, restaurants, shopping. The community "Gulfpointe II" is clean and well maintained, with a pool, tennis court, and boat docks. The unit is clean but the decor is dated and could use an update to take it out of the 1990s, especially in regards to all lighting fixtures and vertical window blinds. The drinkware collection also needs a complete overhaul.

I've stayed at GP II many times, most in this unit. Love all things about it, owners have always been so accommodating! And the pool chiller is AWESOME this time of year! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful vacation home

My wife and I just spent a week and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and just as advertised. The owner was attentive and made sure we were ready to have fun. This is our second stay at this home and look forward to the next.

Keys trip

Four of us stayed one week - which wasn’t long enough. Loved the location. So close to a lot of great restaurants and fishing. The views were fabulous. The complex pool was such a refreshing and relaxing way to spend our down time. Would definitely rent here again.

Great location great condo

Condo was as described. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Nice and quiet unit off the street with great views and great access to all the Keys have to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is very dirty. The lampshades, light fixtures, mold on the ceiling, musty smell and no toaster are just a few things. There is rust on the refrigerator door, the shower doors and toilets. The white recliners are dirty. The blue carpet and the blue couches were damp. All of the shelves, plastic plants and pictures are dust covered. The wicker bench cushion in the master bedroom is stained.

We’re sorry that you did not fully enjoy your experience, however, we are available 24 seven to address any of your needs, including having the Maid come back out, if you had a cleaning concern. It’s unfortunate you didn’t do what you said you would, when you signed the Rental Agreement, which is to tell us when you arrived, if there was a problem. There is in fact a toaster and 1 of the Lazyboy’s was just purchased. The condo has air-conditioning and we have never had an issue with moisture or smells. The Maid has always done a nice job and most guests are quite pleased. We’d like to note that the aluminum shower doors & ceramic toilets can’t rust. These guests were just looking for an unjustified refund.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool was wonderful & fishing & Paddle Boarding from the pier lots of fun. Beautiful beaches nearby & beach cafes on the water with sunsets pretty special.

Lovely property

Gulf Pointe is a lovely property with beautiful ocean views! The condo was comfortable & well-stocked. We enjoyed the great pool, & the private dock was perfect for our rental boat! We’ll definitely be coming back again next year!
