Maylin was absolutely amazing! The condo was literally the cleanest we’ve ever stayed! Our kids would comment on how good it smelled in there every time we opened the door! It was steps to the beach, and everything we needed (whether it was to rent a fishing pole, run to Publix, or go snorkeling) were all so close to the condo. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be back!!

Exceeded expectations

We have stayed in several Florida condos and this rental was easily the best in terms of cleanliness and how well it was equipped. The furnishings and decorations had the beach motif, but were also very tasteful. The location was amazing. To look outside and see the ocean and steps from the beach! Perfect. The heated saltwater pool an added bonus. We will certainly consider staying there again.

A little piece of paradise

This was a well-equipped, seaside getaway. It was a beautiful view. We spent most of our time staring out to sea!. Our host was very responsive to questions before we arrived and also after. The check in was easy. It was very clean. The mattresses were fine. If we wanted we could rent kayaks and bikes for the week. It was a great value for the price. It would definitley warrent a return trip.

Home in the Keys

My family of 5 spent a wonderful week in this fabulous vacation rental. Let me start with our professional and thoughtful host, Maylin, who kindly enabled and expedited 2 complete booking changes for us prior to arrival. Contact was always easy, efficient & friendly, and her recommendations for eateries & things to do were also very helpful. The rental unit itself is a dream, and the view is spectacular. The apartment is fully stocked with everything to make the place feel like home. It has wonderful natural light, and the pictures really don’t lie. We spent the week enjoying the sounds of the waves & spotting a few dolphins while sitting on the balcony, and we caught some incredible sunrises while walking along the beach or sitting by the pool. And the view while cooking from the kitchen is simply stunning…water straight ahead and a palm tree with coconuts & an occasional iguana in view to the right. Something to mention, the beach is unfortunately full of washed-up seaweed, but the area by the rental unit and the neighboring apartment complex is cleaned daily. You can also head to Sombrero or Bahia Honda, both within driving distance. If you are looking for a centrally located, beautiful rental on the Keys, I highly recommend this place. Beautiful condo, bad beach

The property was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and right on the ocean. Four bikes and two kayaks were available. The owner was quick to answer questions and made the check in process very simple. There were many towels, linens, blankets, and other amenities provided. There is a large screened in balcony with four chairs that we enjoyed watching the ocean and looking for sea life. The pool area was immaculate and we had the entire pool to ourselves all week. However, it should be noted that the condo is located next to a nature preserve where large mounds of seaweed piled up. The beach in front of the condo was basically non usable as there was so much seaweed washing in. The smell gave a family member a headache. The smell is almost sulfuric and takes your breath away. Clean up crews came a few times but merely pushed the seaweed to one area then buried it. A local told me this area is always known for murky water and seaweed. If you don't need access to the ocean, then this place is perfect. However, if you wanted to enjoy the ocean as we did, then do not rent this place.

Lovely place - just like the listing pictures!

We had a great stay in this condo in Marathon Key. It was just as we expected all round. The pictures online are very accurate. The condo is well furnished and well equipped (there is more equipment in the kitchen than in the average rental condo, and there were a lot of beach towels provided too, which was great). The view over the water is just as we had hoped/expected (and the main reason we picked this condo). You can sit on the porch (which does have netting, anti-bug) and listen to the waves lapping away, which is just lovely. The sunrise was exquisite, and the sunset was also pretty. The beach outside is convenient for walking up and down and while the seaweed is a little smelly we were not deterred (and while we didn't do this, other people were fishing in boats or standing in the water). There is a closet with equipment for activities (eg snorkels, beach chairs, no yoga mats though, I used towels instead) and we rented the bikes/kayaks too for an additional fee (although did not end up using the kayaks). The pool in the condo complex is small but very warm. This is a peaceful spot, but also a great location for a day trip to Key West and various other local attractions.. We enjoyed Island Fish and Herbie's for food (and shopped at Publix), and the turtle hospital was interesting too. There are some very nice beaches nearby as well (e.g. Sombrero, Bahia Honda). One of us was largely working during the trip and the WiFi at the condo was perfectly fine for that (including video calls). The host was very communicative throughout our stay and answered all of our questions very promptly, including sorting out the bike/kayak rental that we had omitted to do before we arrived. There was a water main issue during our stay and she was very prompt about letting us know it was happening. All in all we had a great trip. This is a very nice condo and totally lived up to our expectations based on the listing. We were very happy with our choice and our stay.

Best on the Beach!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! Extremely clean, timely responses, amazing view, perfect place to walk the beach! We highly recommend this condo, and working with Maylin. The location was perfect for seeing Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach, driving to Key West, and all other things we wanted to do! We will defiantly rebook here when we come back!

All was great, only hitch was the television instructions did not work & we had to figure it out for ourselves & football we wanted to watch we had to subscribe to view. Unfortunate, so off to the sports bar we needed to go after paying plenty for a nice big condo.

Key’s paradise

Our stay at Coco Plum Condominiums was absolutely amazing. My husband and girls had stayed in this building three years ago and loved its location, quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach. This time, our friends walked in, saw the view and gasped. We spent each morning on the porch, drinking coffee and talking, and finished each evening listening to the waves. The condo itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is a wonderful place to fully relax and unwind with unforgettable views. The pool is Oceanside, clean and in good shape. The last morning before leaving for the airport, a pod of dolphins swam past, topping off a perfect week. Maylin was available if we needed anything, but since everything was perfect, we didn’t need to contact her. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, nicer place to stay in the Keys.
