Hidden Gem

We enjoyed staying in this condo so much! Beautiful area. We have never been to the keys, and totally enjoyed this small community. Close to marathon activities, but off the path. The view from deck was always captivating..: and the lights in the dock at night made it fun to watch the fish.

Wonderful Condo - spacious enough for 6 adults. Very quiet community with super views of the oceanfront. Will definitely be back to Condo #10.

Great Stay!!

We had an excellent stay. The photos don’t do the townhouse justice. Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and has just about anything needed. The property grounds and pool are also very well maintained. Fishing off the dock was good. We would absolutely rent here again.

Such a wonderful vacation.nice large condo multiple levels. Very well stocked kitchen!!!

Property is in a perfect location, right by pool, fishing dock, and beach.large screen porch underneath condo good for storing all beach necessities...Condo mildy dated but bathrooms have been renovated very nicely. Family room area is large with plenty of seating as well as porch. Would definitely return!

Glorious vacation

I have been visiting the Florida Keys since I was 12 years old and my children their whole lives and Key Colony has always been a location as part of our visits. The location of this condo and the condo itself is perfect and will be a must stay in our future Florida Keys trips. Well stocked for cooking for a family as well as steps from the beach and pool. I felt the stress melt off immediately. Can't wait till our next visit.

Family Getaway

My wife and I took our 2 kids and her parents to the Keys for a week. Outstanding location at KCB. Everything you need is so close. Condo was as advertised, fantastic pool, tennis court, basketball, pier. Only cons were there was not much of a beach to hang with the kids. Other than that, great experience! Thanks KCP @ KCB!

Rest & Relaxation

The townhouse was perfect. I was looking for something off the beaten path. This could not have been more spot on. The townhouse was well equipped with anything you could want. The pool area is great. There wasn't much of a beach, but in the end, less sand in the house! The Key Beach Colony is fantastic. All the people walking, running and biking was great to see! The community feel was really nice. The area restaurants were great. We definitely will be back! :-)

Great townhouse! Beautiful view! Perfect location! Everything was awesome! House was well stocked with more stuff that’s any other rental we have ever had. The pool and ocean were great. Still some work being done on the complex but it looks great and we look forward to coming back and seeing it completed. Thanks so much for letting us share your home. We will be back!

"Best Ever"

Took our 18 to 25-year old children and son brought his girlfriend. We went scuba diving, fished of the dock, went to Key West, hung out at the pool, bicycled and ate some great food! We wanted to snorkel and kayak, but the wind was just too much and the operators canceled those two days. Parking at the condo was great with a covered space plus surface for second car. Paradise on earth

We have stayed in many rental units in the last 15 years, but this has been by far the one we will gladly return to. Very spacious, modern bathrooms and tile work exceptional! I am a clean freak, and I could not find anything to clean or complain about in this unit: Congrats to the housekeeping! Karen is one of the nicest and most professional people I have dealt with: she is an asset to Key Colony resort. Pool crystal clear and clean: dock area also always clean. Dear Ericka. We had a fabulous time in your home. A couple small things to repair; the carpet needs cleaning badly and the bottom drawer in the fridge is broken along with the railing in the stairway. A couple of guests complained about the mattresses being too hard. The property was kept up and it is a great location. Everything else was up to date and spacious. Beautiful condo and location

We did our summer family vacation here the week of July 4th. We had a really great time and the condo is centrally located in the Keys (in-between Marathon and Islamorada). We drove to Key West for the day, did the aquarium one day, and there are nice restaurants right around the corner. We enjoyed our morning walks around Key Colony Beach. It's like it's own little private island. The condo was very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, The living room had ample room for our family of 5. The pool is literally right down the stairs and out of the screen door. The only downfall is there isn't much of a beach location. The facility does have beach chairs out but lots of rocks and not your typical sandy beach. Then again, it's the Keys and the water is there but you can't touch it without a boat as there are hardly any beach areas that condos actually sit on like the East Coast. The views are beautiful from the condo and pool area. The only problem we ran into was the cleaning lady was still there cleaning when we went to check in at 3:00. We left and grabbed some drinks and came back at 5:00 and she was still there. We went in anyway. There were 3 sets of king sized sheets left in the dryer, but the unit was cleaned. I'm on vaca....no laundry for me as that is what the cleaning fees' are for. I set them on top of the dryer for the next cleaning lady to fold. I would highly recommend the condo. Erika, the owner, was very nice and responded quickly to all of my questions and request. She's great. We will stay here again if we decide to come back to the Keys.

Elizabeth the property manager made staying here so easy! She answered all my questions! And was on site if there were any issues! Loved unit 10 only thing is I’d upgrade the beds cause they were a lil uncomfortable. Weather was perfect pool was awesome and fishing was excellent

Magical Christmas

We stayed over Christmas with a family of 6 (grandparents, parents and 2 adult children). The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable! Very modern appliances. The condo patio with the view of the water is spectacular! Very nice pool and hot tub with plenty of beach chairs. The property is gorgeous, very well groomed and maintained. The property manager was very kind and communicated everything we needed very timely. Overall an absolutely fantastic location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing spot in The Keys!

Wonderful Week in the Keys!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at KCP. The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. The grounds are lovely and so relaxing, whether we were at the pool or one of the beaches. We had a fantastic time! Looking forward to visiting again.

Property has a great location and a great view

We enjoyed the location, pool and wonderful dock. We fished off it and enjoyed amazing sunsets, too. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the lower balcony off the living room. The bathroom were luxurious and we had all the linens we needed. We appreciated the washer dryer to dry towels and suits after some fun. The screened in lower level was a surprise and super convenient for storing fishing gear and drying towels, etc. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets in the master were older and pilling. That was our major complaint, if the beds were updated we’d totally stay again!
