Enjoy Four (4) separate levels of outdoor privacy. All levels include comfort seating/lounging, and shade/cover for various weather conditions. Outdoor dining available on two separate levels. Panoramic gulf views from the elevated (35foot) rooftop deck provides great relaxation, and large enough (700sq ft.) for entertainment anytime day or night. Seating/chaise lounges under permanent shade sail, rolling umbrella, and outdoor shower are also located on rooftop deck for sunny days.

Covered Ground level provides an electrified lighted tiki bar with fridge, bar stools, shaded porch seat swing, dining table for six (6), weber grill and parking for up two vehicles. Beach chairs, floats, fishing poles, deep freezer, and two (2) multi-speed bicycles are also located on this level. All just steps away from the heated gulf side pool and the dock pier which offers great fishing day or night.

Dockage for up to (1) 25ft boat available with pre booking required. Slip will be assigned with usage instructions. Trailer space is first come additional parking across the street at Boat house marina for a fee. Public boat ramp is within a quarter mile.

Rest in one of the three bedroom w/ three bathrooms. Master boast a 46-inch TV, king size bed, en suite bath, walk in closet and private balcony w/hammock. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 32 inch tv and en suite bath. Third bedroom as 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4) third bath with standup shower. The open-concept living/dining room, allows enough room for you and your guests to enjoy privacy or gatherings. Ruko tv, local Cable television, wireless internet throughout with flat screen (smart) televisions in each bedroom, living room and ground level. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, coffee grinder/maker, Keurig and granite countertops.
