Private Oceanfront home with 2024 Swim spa , paddle-boards,kayaks, & bikes.


Unlike the others, This classic keys conch home is located on a private lot right on the ocean. The Awesome waterfront views while sitting under the tiki or in the 2024 swim spa are our guests favorite spots. The one story private property boasts 3 bedrooms, two baths and an additional outdoor shower. The home is beautifully decorated (not a typical rental) well maintained and adequately supplied. The private pier allows access for kayaking, or fishing. Home is supplied itith 4 kayaks ,2 paddle boards , 5 bicycles a few fishing poles and even snorkeling equipment for outdoor fun. The lot is large enough for parking a trailer with a boat. Local boat launching is available a few streets away for daily use, as there is no access by motor boat to the pier. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house is well maintained with everything to have a great vacation.Lots of well maintained fishing gear and fantastic fishing off the dock. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Marathon.

Lovely house! Well stocked and in a great location. The swim spa and tiki hut were wonderful additions. Easy to take day trips up and down the keys but just as nice to sit at the property watching the water. We will be back to this location.

We've stayed at this property multiple time and we've never been disappointed! The location is ideal and everything we need is there. The hot tub is heavenly! We do a lot of fishing from the dock and catch snapper, tarpon, barracuda and sharks. We like to catch big fish, so we bring our own tackle, but the basics are there.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the house in Marathon. Right on the water with all the amenities you’d need. Perfect for our family get away. Communicating with the host was easy and clear. Take advantage of the spa and tiki hut! Would highly recommended.

The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the entire home felt welcoming and relaxing. We especially loved spending time outside with the beautiful view of the ocean. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect ocean getaway.

We absolutely love this place! This was our second year staying here and have already reserved it for the same time. The host is always quick to respond if we have any questions. The house is in a quiet, off the road location which makes it perfect for taking out the kayaks that are provided. It is super clean and is exactly how it’s pictured. Our favorite activity is to sit under the tiki hut and play ring toss. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed this place. Great location right on the water. Plenty of amenities to choose from including a large hot tub that you could probably swim laps in. The house was clean. We can't say enough about this property. We would definitely try and book this place again on our next trip to the keys.

Ocean view was absolutely amazing with dock access and great water sport, fishing, and beach amenities. Lovely grill and swim spa. Learned that the water is not actually swimable due to 3ft deep muck which we unfortunately found out otherwise had some fun adventures from the dock! Some stinky low tide seaweed smells but fortunately the wind changed blowing it away from the outdoor space. Kitchen has everything and more that you could need. Would suggest some updating to bed linens to not be microfiber/synthetic/non breathable as well as fresher/newer/less synthetic pillows in the master. Loved having a w/d available. Cyndi was always an available and kind hostess responding within moments of a question. Proximity to Publix and sombrero beach is . We truly enjoyed this space for our young family and am very appreciative of what this location had to offer.

We loved the location! We enjoyed the wildlife on the property. The view was beautiful and we sat under the tiki hut every day. The home was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. It was roomy and the beds were comfortable. We went out to eat for most of our meals, great restaurants nearby, but when we did cook , we found the kitchen had what we needed. The hosts were very accessible and responsive. We had a wonderful vacation in Marathon!
