KCB-access Private Cabana Club, Dock on Canal, PET Friendly, Pickle ball courts

water front home is located on 100 foot wide canal with your own 30 feet of Free dockage. We are pet friendly. Furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1-queen sofa sleeper in living room to accommodate up to 4 total. We have free WiFi. You have Free access to the Private Cabana Ocean Beach club just a 5- minute walk from home. (thecabanaclubkeycolonybeach.com). The club has a pool over looking the ocean, a spa/whirlpool, ocean beach, full bar, grill.
Our home has large dock system which allows easy in/out of your boat. We have a bait freezer next to fish cleaning table on dock. Freshwater hose dockside to clean boat. Quick access by boat to the ocean(5-minute) and Gulf (15-minutes). Free parking for vehicle and boat trailer at home. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen and has ceramic tiling throughout.
Ideal fishing/ snorkeling & diving only minutes away. 1 hour south of Key Largo and 1 hour north of Key West. 3-Restaurants within walking distance from our home. KCB has a 9-hole par-3 golf course, walking, jogging and bike riding paths, Free Pickle ball courts, tennis court, groomed Bocci ball lanes(4) and shuffleboard(2) equipment at site. Free children's play-set. Horse shoe pit- shoes at site.

Hidden Gem!

This place was clean, quiet, safe, & family friendly. The locals were kind and welcoming. I would totally recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit the Keys! Also, it is centrally located so it is real easy to do a day trip/afternoon excursion in either direction.

Nice area to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was great to access what we wanted and needed. Being at a place in the middle of the Keys was nice to maneuver between all of the Keys to explore them. Having access to the pool and beach was a plus and we greatly appreciated that as well.

Great Location.

Highly recommend, would stay again

The house was great and had everything we needed. Perfect location in Key Colony Beach with short walking distance to the club and multiple restaurants/bars. We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal.

Very nice place for two, or small family!

This home is exactly as described, and very clean. It’s cozy for two. Very close to the Cabana Club, with no steps. It’s the best value we have found in Key Colony Beach, which is the best place to stay in the Keys for day-life!

This was an anniversary get away for us. We enjoyed our time and would do it again.

Fun in the SUN!

Enjoyed our stay here, it was as stated and provided our needs. But would be nice to have some umbrellas for shade on the dock and a blender. But would definitely come again.

This place is a dream

So very clean. Kitchen utensils/pots, etc. stocked for cooking. Beautiful sky views. Wonderful area to just walk. The dock is amazing for viewing wildlife-dolphins, manatees, sharks, all the first morning. Just a great place

Great area. Easy access to gulf and Atlantic. Very friendly and caring community. Room for truck and boat trailer parking side by side. Close to restaurants and local stores. Dock has bait freezer and wash down hose with fresh water.

Cool little place

Everything was as expected, for a small rental, pull out couch was a little ruff on the back needs new mattress. Grill wouldn’t light so we used the neighbors not a big deal for us. All in all cool place to stay for a couple or small group of fishing divers.

Great Spot

This is an older, yet well kept property that is in a great location and has reasonable rates. Easy walking and biking and stores, etc. are within a mile or two. Access to the Cabana Club is a real bonus and it's a great place to swim, sun, eat and drink! If you have a boat, plenty of space to park a very large boat. The outdoor space on the canal is peaceful and a nice place to unwind. There is a very nice grill for outdoor cooking as well.

Nice location

Pros: House was clean and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Located an easy walk to Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. Plenty of room to park, nice street. Cons: no washer/dryer. We were in the front of the house, the renters in the back had access to the screened in porch. Only 2 wooden chairs for outdoors.

Perfect little cottage

A nice little place for a vacation in the Keys. I guess I hadn't realized that the front of the house was actually all sliding glass doors, but they were secure and the drapes made everything private so it was really no issue. The doc was nice and there was enough room for me and the couple renting the other half of the duplex to be out there at the same time. Great location and there's even an ocean view.
