KCB-access Private Cabana Club, Dock on Canal, PET Friendly, Pickle ball courts

water front home is located on 100 foot wide canal with your own 30 feet of Free dockage. We are pet friendly. Furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1-queen sofa sleeper in living room to accommodate up to 4 total. We have free WiFi. You have Free access to the Private Cabana Ocean Beach club just a 5- minute walk from home. (thecabanaclubkeycolonybeach.com). The club has a pool over looking the ocean, a spa/whirlpool, ocean beach, full bar, grill.
Our home has large dock system which allows easy in/out of your boat. We have a bait freezer next to fish cleaning table on dock. Freshwater hose dockside to clean boat. Quick access by boat to the ocean(5-minute) and Gulf (15-minutes). Free parking for vehicle and boat trailer at home. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen and has ceramic tiling throughout.
Ideal fishing/ snorkeling & diving only minutes away. 1 hour south of Key Largo and 1 hour north of Key West. 3-Restaurants within walking distance from our home. KCB has a 9-hole par-3 golf course, walking, jogging and bike riding paths, Free Pickle ball courts, tennis court, groomed Bocci ball lanes(4) and shuffleboard(2) equipment at site. Free children's play-set. Horse shoe pit- shoes at site.

The home was perfect for the two of us. We didn't cook during our stay, but the appliances were nice and clean. We have a king size bed at home, so the queen bed seemed small, but it was comfortable. I definitely recommend this home.

Our stay was amazing, with a lot of swimming at the Cabana Club and fishing off of the dock! A washer, dryer, and second bathroom would be nice improvements. But we managed with the local laundry mat 5 minutes away. We are taking home fantastic lifelong memories!

Great stay the entire time at this location! Everything was like it was advertised. The place was spacious and had everything desired/required. I was well within walking distance to the club/parks/recreation as needed. I would gladly stay here again when possible. Hidden Gem!

This place was clean, quiet, safe, & family friendly. The locals were kind and welcoming. I would totally recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit the Keys! Also, it is centrally located so it is real easy to do a day trip/afternoon excursion in either direction.

Nice area to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was great to access what we wanted and needed. Being at a place in the middle of the Keys was nice to maneuver between all of the Keys to explore them. Having access to the pool and beach was a plus and we greatly appreciated that as well.

Very nice place for two, or small family!

This home is exactly as described, and very clean. It’s cozy for two. Very close to the Cabana Club, with no steps. It’s the best value we have found in Key Colony Beach, which is the best place to stay in the Keys for day-life!
