This open concept home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master is an en suite with a luxury King bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom offers a nice Queen bed and flat screen TV. Walk right into luxury, the kitchen has a large green granite work space, perfect for preparing your fresh catch. Well equipped kitchen, everything you will need including a Keurig Coffee Maker, and nice cookware. Beyond the kitchen is a nice laundry room with additional room for hanging clothes and items. The kitchen overlooks the dining table which seats 6, and onto the living area. The living area is an airy space filled with natural light from the expansive slider opening to the patio area overlooking the beautiful, deep canal. The couch in the living area pulls out and makes into a memory foam Queen bed.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. It is a beautiful pet friendly home with a pool right on the water. The home had everything you needed for a great carefree vacation. My only suggestion would be is to change out the back stsircase. I believe the tight metal curcular staircase is an accident waiting to happen.

Aside from the great views, this property has it all. It's a nicely appointed place with higher end furniture than often found in rentals and nicely equipped kitchen items. The pool and dock are in great shape and the added game room downstairs is a nice touch. The host is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. If you have a party needing 2 beds and 2 baths, this place is great. And if you have a boat too, even better!

Quiet getaway 55 miles from Key West

The home was perfect for our little family. Enjoyed the pool and relaxing by the canal watching the boats go in and out and even saw a Manatee. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, public beaches, and only a 55 mile drive to the heart of Key West. We loved the Key Colony area and cannot wait to rent again.

Awesome place on the water with a pool

Perfect accommodations right on the Atlantic side with easy access to anywhere you want to go. Nice dock with fish cleaning and power for the boat. The home was set up perfectly for 2 people and the pets. The neighborhood was very nice around us and the neighbors across the canal sells live bait which was awesome. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure

We loved our stay at this property! It was spotless and well appointed. Very tastefully decorated but the best part was the view! We spent so much time just enjoying the water and the pool area every day. The landscaping makes the back area very private and the neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for our needs. Hated to leave.

We had a great time renting this house it had everything we needed. It was great to be able to tie the boat up at the house and clean fish on the dock. The house is very clean and must have been recently redone because everything seemed new. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Everything you need here but could use some new beach towels there were 3 for 4 people. Did have issues with the nest and not allowing us to change temp it was changed out pretty quickly to new system. Loved the location and would come back. Games room was great and bait freezer. Beds were good and bedding was nice.

Loved it the first time and loved it the second time! Needs kitchen towels. Shower curtain falls multiple times a day in the guest bath, dock hose busted. Need shower wash clothes. I wish this place could accommodate more than 4 people. Thank you!

Great place too much noise

Contractors working next door with power tools was disruptive. The work went on all day beginning at 7am. Checked out two days early could not enjoy the outside or inside for that matter because of nosie. No one called me back from the property management after early checkout to I alert of circumstances. House was great.

KCB Stay

The location is perfect, we stay at KCB frequently and its always our favorite location on the island. The house was okay. The space is on the small side with lots of furniture. We spend most our time outside so its not a huge deal but something to note. The check in/out process was frustrating. Had to pick up keys and drop them off, not sure why they dont just have key code door handles. There were some small annoying things. While we would stay here again we would look elsewhere first.

Little Get-away

This is the second time we stay in this house and we love it. It small but cozy and very well equipped. We enjoy the game room a lot. Would be nice if there were a light by the dock to be able to clean the fish at night. The only thing was a light fixture cover that was hanging in the laundry room, I emailed Jessica with pictures and never received an email back nor a call. We love this house and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you

Duplex with Great Location

We came to escape the COVID crisis. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. We have a boat so having the space right on the canal was perfect for us. It was a quick jaunt right to Vaca Cut. The condo is stylish and updated. There is adequate seating for 4 in the living area. The kitchen was well equipped except lacked any mixing bowls which we found an inconvenience but made do. The laundry area was nice with a lot of extra storage which was needed because there is not any closets. We did not find this a problem. Having a small pool was fantastic! After a long day on the boat, it was great to slip into the pool. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Overall great stay. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. This was the first time we had to go somewhere to pick up keys to a house instead of getting a code to a key pad. Would have been nice to just have the key pad, besides that, check in and check out was very easy. Loved the personal touches of the care package upon arrival, and the map, list of restaurants, and activities to do around town. The one recommendation I could give, would be to place some kind of shade over the entire pool. For the summer months with the sun coming directly down onto the pool, it was more of a hot tub and really couldn’t be utilized as much as we wanted to. House was clean, plenty of towels, all basic kitchen necessities, beds were comfortable, and the game room was a huge hit with our 9 & 6 year old boys.

Nice home but....

The house is very nice, located on the sunny side of the canal(which we knew and prepared for). Downside is the spiral staircase to pool is very steep, I would not recommend it for children or elderly. The first day we had heavy rains and management was notified of roof flooding in the laundry room. Told us someone would be out the next day to repair. They never came so we had buckets and floods every day it rained(which was 4 out of 7 days). Then on Thursday night at 3 am an animal of some sort(we think iguana) was captured above the master bedroom and for several hours was torturing itself trying to get out. Meanwhile we thought it was coming through the ceiling above our heads. Again management was notified and again told us they would take care of. Again NO MANAGEMENT call or issue taken care of. While the home is very nice and good location I would not recommend staying here until flooding and iguanas in attic are taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is clean, modern and well equipped. Our family liked the boat dockage, pool and table tennis. The only thing we did not like much were the back yard stairs, they were too narrow and steep. But overall a very nice place to stay in Florida Keys.

Everything was nice and clean. Game room and the pool was a hit with the kids. Our only complaints or there were not alarms on the doors Or chid Proof locks. There was a lot of construction across the canal. The umbrella by the pool was broken. The Island was nice not too far from Key West. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A lot of room pull out couch down stairs game room and upstairs living room. Had a great week.
