Adorable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom half duplex. Conveniently located at the top of 4th Street in exclusive Key Colony Beach. Nicely updated, fresh and bright! Walk to the Cabana Club and enjoy the complimentary membership with a large swimming pool, bar/restaurant, beautiful sandy beach. Excellent deep water dockage for up to a 30 foot boat, with quick access to the open Atlantic and the open Gulf via Vaca Cut. Cute outdoor shower and storage space with a bait freezer and full size washer/dryer!
The interior shines with great updates. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers two Twins and a Full bed. There are smart Tvs throughout in every room except the bunk room- including in the dining/kitchen area and a large TV in the living area. The spacious living area also has 2 Queen sleeper sofas.
Open-concept living with plenty of outdoor features!
Off-street parking for 4+ vehicles and even trailer storage!

Great little getaway

We were looking for a quiet stay and found it. Centrally located in Marathon. Short walk to the Cabana Club. Enjoyed the peaceful mornings sitting on the back dock.

Everything We Needed and More

Great property, well-located on a quiet lagoon and one block from beach/pool club. Furnishings were lovely and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella and a wonderful washer/dryer. The ambiance outside was so lovely we preferred to eat in most nights. Definitely coming back!

Perfect location in Marathon

Key Colony Beach is central to everything in Marathon but it's own little community with a pool, beach, restaurants, bars, golf, pickleball, basketball and safe streets for biking. My boys loved fishing from the backyard canal every night. This property is a great location since you can walk to the pool/beach. It is as nice as the listing and pictures and we will recommend it to our friends. Such a friendly community.
