We have a lovely oceanside cottage in Marathon Key, Florida, close to everything with hidden amenities. The cottage has a large yard and plenty of room to park boats, RVs, and wave runners. This modernized cottage is for you if you all need a great place to stay. This quaint and cozy home offers good value and features new furniture and brand-new state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. There is one bedroom and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. This is a very nice couples retreat or command center for serious fishing and diving activities. There are two large OLED Samsung flat screen TV's and plenty of streaming services. We even have a washer and dryer in the home.

The large backyard makes relaxing and spreading out quite easy. The home is minutes from all the major attractions in Marathon, like Sombrero Beach (2.2 miles), Marathon Dog Park, boat ramps (2.7 miles), Bahia Honda State Park, the Seven Mile Bridge, Pigeon Key, Crane Point Hammock, Nature Center, The Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, and The Aquarium. Marathon is in the middle Keys, and it is very common for people to stay and make day and dinner trips to Key West.

The home comes with kayaks that you can launch at many nearby destinations. We even have an optional 40-foot boat dock at The Boat House Marina that you can use - based on availability. Because the dock rents independently, you must confirm the spot in advance. So, that means you can trailer down, launch your boat and hook up to shore power at the marina, which is only 2.4 miles away.
