Welcome to Casa Tranquilo, a sophisticated and tranquil retreat that combines contemporary elegance with serene surroundings. This stunning property features 3 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 beautifully designed bathrooms, offering the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and style. This home is a prime location and is a mile from grocery stores, restaurants and shops. It is a mile from Sombrero Beach which has been ranked as one of the Tops 25 Best Beaches in America.

1st Level of the Home:

The first floor of Casa Tranquilo features a spacious and inviting pool patio area, designed for relaxation and entertaining, seamlessly blending with the poolside. It includes comfortable seating options such as lounge chairs, a sectional sofa, and wicker furniture, providing ample space for guests to gather. Gorgeous lounge chairs with turquoise blue cushions offer the perfect spot to relax all day. The pool deck also includes covered seating and dining areas. Additionally, the dock is conveniently located behind the home. Dedicated full pool bathroom also available on this level.

2nd Level of the Home:

Ascend to the second floor of Casa Tranquilo, where an inviting, spacious layout seamlessly blends comfort with style. The open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas creates a warm, welcoming environment, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. This floor also features the master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, as well as bedroom 2 with a queen bed and en-suite bath. Two upper screened-in porches provide almost 360° views, adding to the home's charm. Half bathroom off the laundry room on this level as well.

3rd Level of the Home:

The third-level bedroom of Casa Tranquilo is a beautifully designed haven that combines comfort, style, and tranquility. Perfectly suited for families or groups, this expansive room features both a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, offering flexibility and ample space for relaxation. It also includes an en-suite bathroom. The layout ensures that both sleeping areas are generously sized, each designed with luxurious touches to enhance your stay.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

The pool was nice to have and the dock was really cute! The tiles were falling off the pool though and you can tell it was worn down. The outside chair broke when my 5 year old sat on it and when it broke you could see all the rust from it. The outside fan was very dirty and the carpets were all stained. I feel like the house was spacious and over all great location but the cleanliness of the house was terrible. It would cost a few hundred to replace the stained carpets… also there were tiles missing in the bathroom shower which could cause mold. The first day my son stepped on a broken piece of pottery that made his toe bleed…I wish they cared more about the presentation of the home. I am in real estate so I understand investments. This one Is just poorly taken care of. It could be a GEM if there was more effort put into it. Overall, location was great it’s just poorly maintained.

Great location

Nice place and reasonably priced. I would not use ice from the ice maker it is way outdated and had a perfume taste to it. We enjoyed our stay.

First time in Marathon

It was easy to find and the place was great. Easy to get into the house, it was close to the store and the beach. You could bike ride or walk in the morning and it was well lite for an evening walk, too. If we go again would love to stay in the same neighborhood or area.
