Located at 1800 m, the La Marmotte apartment, renovated in 2024 of 53 m2, is made up of two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed (the bedding has been carefully chosen to ensure great sleeping comfort), a cabin corridor with two bunk beds, two bathrooms with shower and WC, a living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a living room with two sofas. On the garden level of a small residence with a pretty terrace equipped with a table with benches for a lunch in the sun) with a view of Lake Matemale. Located 100 m from access to the Baliu blue slope. The Angles animal park is accessible on foot (600 m) and the hiking and mountain biking trails are in the immediate vicinity. A large storeroom is available to store ski equipment but also to store your bikes or windsurf boards in the summer. The apartment is equipped with fiber for an ideal connection but also with a free internet box for a wide choice of TV channels. A free shuttle in front of the entrance to the residence will allow you at any time to reach the heart of the village with its shops, its access to summer tobogganing or its balneotherapy center (Angléo). The Matemale forest and lake allow you to discover the thrills of a dog sled ride (summer and winter) and the joys of swimming and water sports in summer. Numerous mountain bike and hiking routes are available from the residence. A private and secure room is available for storing skis, bikes and windsurfing.
