Marie is very resposible host, apartment is excellent,the only problem was with the outside door key, which did not work well, but Marie has replaced it.In addition this is city is wonderfull,will return here again

Great location!

This was a cosy apartment in the very centre of town, which made getting to places on foot very easy. There are nearby parking options available for short term stays while dropping off luggage etc, and longer term free car parks are a short walk away (less than ten minutes). There is also free parking just steps away at evenings and on weekends. It is definitely a basic compact apartment rather than a spacious home, but it suited our family of four just fine, and the central location was a great boost - just fifteen minutes walk to Nausicaa, and a couple of minutes to Place Dalton or the harbour. Marie is a lovely host, who is just a message away if you need her. We will stay again in any of her properties without hesitation.

Pire sĂ©jour de ma vie. Plusieurs points importants ne correspondent pas Ă  l’annonce. Le parking mentionnĂ© n’est en rĂ©alitĂ© pas disponible, ce qui est particuliĂšrement regrettable lorsqu’on choisit ce logement pour ce critĂšre. De plus penser Ă  bien lire l’annonce car on pourrait croire qu’il y ai 2 chambre mais non le lit se trouve dans le sĂ©jour. Et si vous avez le sommeil lĂ©ger ne rĂ©servez surtout pas car la porte d’entrĂ© et tellement fine que vous entendez tout les voisins entrer et sortir.La propretĂ© Ă  l’arrivĂ©e n’était pas au rendez-vous (restes dans le micro-ondes, cafetiĂšre sale, miettes dans les placards et le congĂ©lateur, cheveux dans la salle de bain et au sol, fils dĂ©nudĂ©, poussiĂšres sur le lit, etc.,), ce qui donne une premiĂšre impression peu rassurante.La chambre ne dispose pas de fenĂȘtre extĂ©rieure directe et il n’y a pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle de bain, ce qui limite l’aĂ©ration et l’intimitĂ©. À noter Ă©galement qu’il y a trĂšs peu de prises Ă©lectriques et que, pour certaines, elles sont situĂ©es au plafond, ce qui n’est pas du tout pratique au quotidien.Nous avons Ă©galement subi plusieurs coupures de courant durant le sĂ©jour. Enfin, malgrĂ© nos messages pendant le sĂ©jour, les locataires/propriĂ©taires ne rĂ©pondent pas, ce qui est particuliĂšrement frustrant en cas de problĂšme.Au vu de ces Ă©lĂ©ments, le rapport qualitĂ©/prix ne nous paraĂźt pas au rendez-vous. Nous espĂ©rons que des amĂ©liorations seront apportĂ©es pour les prochains voyageurs.

Nous avons passĂ©s 3 nuits dans l'appartement avec un enfant de 6 ans. La raison de notre note est : 1 Ăšre chose: la description de l'annonce est inexacte ainsi que certaines photos trompeuses, il n'y a pas deux chambres, le lit se trouvant dans le salon. 2 Ăšme chose: il n'y a pas de parking sur place, c'est se garer dans la rue PAYANTE ou aller dans u Q-park (PAYANT).3 Ăšme chose: appartement trĂšs sombre (l'occultant sur les vitres cache la lumiĂšre), trĂšs peu de possibilitĂ© d'aĂ©ration Ă©tant donnĂ© le peu de fenĂȘtre qu'il y a.RĂ©novation un peu bĂąclĂ©e manque d'Ă©quipement (pas de porte papier WC), pas de prise prĂšs du lit dans la chambre (peu pratique quand on dort avec un appareil), manque de certains ustensiles dans la cuisine (rien pour mettre en dessous d'une casserole, pas de cuillĂšre en bois, couvert Ă  salade cassĂ©, calcaire dans la bouilloire) Toilettes et douche petites. À peine assez de place pour un enfant.Enfin, surfaces vitrĂ©es trĂšs sales. Nous cherchons la convivialitĂ© (aucun accueil, nous avons du tĂ©lĂ©phoner pour avoir les renseignements pour le dĂ©part du lendemain, aucun renseignement pour voir si tout se passe bien)Notre impression : appartement pour se faire de l'argent et pas accueillir comme il se doit les visiteurs or que nous sommes des gens trĂšs simples et n'avons d'ailleurs jamais donnĂ© de mauvais commentaires lĂ  oĂč nous avons sĂ©journĂ©.L'appartement donne pas envieLe positif : son emplacement par rapport Ă  la mer, les commoditĂ©s

L'appartement est bien agencĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ© tant sur la cuisine, que la tv avec le wifi gratuit (quand on a des ados ce n'est pas nĂ©gligeable!). Il est situĂ© en plein centre-ville avec un parking q-park a proximitĂ© (pas de places gratuites). En revanche, il est notĂ© 2 chambres mais il n'y en a qu'une en rĂ©alitĂ© la seconde est un lit double dans l'espace salon (avantage malgrĂ© tout on ne dort pas dans un convertible! ). La literie est de bonne qualitĂ©! En revanche si l'on passe aux aspects nĂ©gatifs il y a peu de fenĂȘtres donc l'aĂ©ration est difficile, d'autant plus au rdc qui donne sur la place. PrĂ©voir une prise anti moustiques en saison. Et soyez prĂȘt Ă  ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ© tout au long de la nuit par les bruits de voisinage et surtout la porte d'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble qui claque a chaque passage!

Ferien in Boulogne-sur-Mer

Durch die WohnungstĂŒr gelangt man direkt in einen großen Wohnraum, in dem sich die KĂŒche, ein großes Bett und eine Schlafcouch befinden. Hinter einer weiteren TĂŒr liegt das Bad (WC separat), das man durchqueren muss, um in den dahinter liegenden Schlafraum (ohne Fenster) zu kommen. Im großen Wohnraum sind GerĂ€usche von passierenden Personen im Treppenhaus und das Zuschlagen der HaustĂŒr zu hören. Die Wohnung ist eher dunkel und nicht ruhig gelegen, dafĂŒr aber sehr zentral. Leider haben wir sie nicht sauber vorgefunden. SĂ€mtliche GlasflĂ€chen (Ceranfeld, Spiegel) sahen schmierig aus und viele OberflĂ€chen waren schmutzig, so dass wir zunĂ€chst putzen mussten, um uns wohlzufĂŒhlen.Die Wohnung war durchaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war farblich aufeinander abgestimmt, bis hin zur BettwĂ€sche und den GeschirrtĂŒchern, und es gab ein paar nette Details, z. B. einen Sternenhimmel im Schlafzimmer.
