Our SummerSpell condo offers gorgeous views of ocean sunsets. Relax on the Gulf View balcony or step out your front door across from the beach and just a few feet onto the powdery white sand. Located in the heart of Miramar beach entertainment with a short walk or bike ride along the seaside path to Dining, entertainment and shops. NO PETS allowed at condo complex. Our King bed, 1 bath, with twin bunks, cozy beach condo is perfect for a single family or romantic getaway. We just upgraded with new couch and kitchen with granite. Walk across to Pompano Joes for delicious Sea food or enjoy a meal on our gulf view terrace.
SNOWBIRD DISCOUNT for stays of 3+ weeks. CONTACT for details. SummerSpell also offers seasonally heated swimming pool Dec-April and new hot tub. Fishing, golf, bike/scooter rentals all within short distance of this year round world class destination. This is a 30 unit complex with contactless check-in, with exterior stairs and entry. The hot tub and pool deck allows for plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun and fun.

Excellent! Awesome location!!!

Such a cute place!!! Made for a perfect family vacation. Location is awesome!! The beach is just steps away and easily accessible. We loved the pool- it was very clean. There were 3 pool lights out that would’ve made the ambiance at night cooler, but that’s about the only thing I could say “negatively”. The hosts are wonderful and communicate so well with us. We would stay here again! Don’t hesitate to book- you’ll love it. Kid friendly, clean, cute! Community washer and dryer but they worked well. Overall, very happy!

Very clean & cute beach condo with an amazing view of the ocean & pool! Great location! Easy beach access (across the street) Several restaurants nearby! We will definitely be back!

Family friendly place with both Beach and Pool

Our family has stayed in this area of Miramar Beach many times before. We love it. Our first time staying at this particular condo and it was wonderful! Clean and had everything we needed. Hostess was incredibly responsive with the few questions I had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view!

Everything was great! Just like the photos :) the owners are super friendly! We had a great time the condo was nice the kids loved the balcony & the faucet! We met some of the best people that were staying in the building had an amazing time the beach is a minute across the street not too far from shopping
