Nice granny flat in the basement with separate entrance in a suburb of Limburg an der Lahn. Five minutes from the old town by car, in the middle of the green. The Westerwald is only a few kilometers away
The apartment is fully furnished and has a size of 45 square meters.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a small oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee machine.
Despite the basement location, the living-dining room is flooded with light through the many windows and invites you to watch TV or relax.
The bright and friendly bathroom also has a shower.
The sleeping area is equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed and an additional 90 x 200 cm bed. The apartment can be occupied by 2 people (children possible on request). No animals allowed.
Outside there is a small terrace with seating that can be used.
