Noble, fully equipped apartment centrally located newly renovated

The noble, fully equipped apartment offers on 50m2 a double room for 2 people (+ max. 2 additional people, hotel sofa). The exclusive bathroom offers a shower, toilet, urinal and hairdryer. The great room concept of the living / dining room invites you to relax and get together not only because of the large flat-screen TV, HiFi system, DVD & Blu Ray player. The high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine incl. Starter capsules. We also thought of our little ones. The baby package with cot, high chair and bottle warmer is available free of charge in the apartment.

You can relax on the partially green roof terrace and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rainberg" and the villas in the Riedenburg district. The roof terrace with its cozy lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day thanks to romantic lighting.

We are a "self-check-in" apartment. There is NO reception on site. Please note that it is absolutely necessary to have the door pin code sent by us upon arrival (receipt of the code approx. 2 weeks before arrival). This code replaces the key and opens your apartment during your stay!

All necessary registration formalities are ready for you in the apartment. Please fill it out in your own interest.
The housekeeper is there by the hour, otherwise she can only be reached by phone in urgent cases.

We are a non-smoking apartment, so we ask you to smoke only on the balcony / terrace.

PLEASE NOTE THAT there are ADDITIONAL CLEANING COSTS OF € 45 / STAY AND COSTS OF € 1.55 PER ADULT / NIGHT !!

Your four-legged friends are welcome with us (max. 2 per rental unit) - only possible on request (€ 20, - / 4 legs / night).

Pets and additional cleaning (incl. Bed linen and towel change) can only be booked on request!

All important information during your stay (parking, wifi code, etc.) can be found in your apartment on the white magnetic board.
