The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the tiled patio, the scent of tropical foliage mingling with the gentle ripple of the heated pool. You hear the soft clack of darts in the game room and feel the cool breeze from the nearby ocean, inviting you to wander down Flagler Drive. Every moment here feels like a private escape, yet the vibrant pulse of West Palm Beach is just steps away.



Sleeping arrangements

The master suite features a Luxury King Bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Two guest suites each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views and Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a couch, an air mattress and a crib, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The home is kid‑friendly and dog‑friendly, with a $250 fee per pet, a maximum of two dogs under 20 lb, and breed restrictions that require written approval.



Outdoor living

A heated private pool sits amid landscaped gardens, with optional heating at $100 per night. Pool heating is recommended from October 15th through May 31st, and must be requested at least three days in advance. Lounge chairs and a shaded pergola create the perfect spot for sun‑by‑the‑pool or an evening dip under the stars.



Game room

Air‑conditioned and stocked with air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games and a Smart TV, the game room offers endless entertainment for families and friends.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen serves up to eight guests and includes Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee stations, an Insta‑Pot, blender and mixology bar. Formal dining seats six, a casual dining area seats five, and a kitchen bar provides three additional seats. Organic shampoo, conditioner, soaps, hair dryers and laundry supplies are supplied.



Neighborhood

Walk to Oceanfront Park and Flagler Drive, or stroll to Howley’s Diner and Dixie Grill and Brewery. A ten‑minute drive brings you to Municipal Beach on Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue shopping, and downtown West Palm Beach. The Royal Poinciana Plaza, Esplanade Shopping and City Place are all within ten minutes.



Concierge services

Kelly and Ali are available to book excursions, arrange in‑home dining, organize family photo shoots, stock the fridge before arrival, and provide local recommendations. Third‑party concierge options are also offered.



Pet policy

Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome for a $250 fee per pet with written approval. Service animals are exempt. Cats are not allowed due to guest allergies.



House rules

No smoking or vaping indoors. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties with outside guests. Respect the peace of the neighborhood and follow all check‑in instructions for seamless 24‑hour access.
