Walking distance to Baytown was amazing. Pools beautiful, scenery beautiful, the parking garage and secure gates made us feel so safe. The tram was super easy to use. Will book again!!! A

The host was welcoming, provided information in advance, and addressed every issue quickly. As a paraplegic, I found the lodging fairly wheelchair accessible. Beautiful ocean, ramp to the beach, lovely resort landscape.

Nice quiet area

Condo was as expected, everything was extremely clean, bed was comfortable. Owner was great with communication and area was very quiet. Pool, hot tub area was very nice.

My wife and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary and were extremely pleased with our accommodations, as well as the additional amenities provided by the property. The unit was clean and put together nicely. With just a short walk to the village, we spent a lot of time at the local shops and restaurants. The pool was tidy and well maintained. We highly recommend using Tufan Beyatli and the Grand Sandestin as your next vacation stay. We will be utilizing this area for future vacations.

Very comfortable, love the location!!!

This unit was perfect; love how you couldn't hear hallway noise at all. Bed was really comfortable and everything worked like it should!! Set in a lovely, gated community and was close to everything. The property manager (Tufan) left nothing to the imagination; quick to answer any questions and easy to get in contact with. Will definitely rent from again!!

Good for a short stay, anything longer than 5 days I’d upgrade.

Property owner was very responsive to any concerns. Location is great. Needs a new sofa it is worn out and hard to sit on for longer than a hour. The bed was very hard I had to purchase a topper just to sleep comfortably. Decorations and dishes/utensils need to be updated. Overall it’s ok for a short stay.

Thanks for your review Karri. We are adding an optional memory foam mattress topper to the unit to benefit all guests. Most guests like our new firm mattress but we do recognize that not everyone has same taste. We updated decor and and the sofa.

Grand Sandestin

We had a great time. Condo was as described, and very nice. We enjoyed eating, shopping, and playing in the Baytowne Wharf area and there is a short private walk leading over to that area. The beach is an easy drive or tram ride away and plenty of parking for Sandestin guests/owners. Communication with owner was great, and we had no problems at all. Overall great stay!
