Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Bibione. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-May to mid-September, 10 m x 10 m). Children's pool. Pool area open from 9 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 8.30 pm.
