Located in very quiet, peaceful community of Garden Bay. Kayak rentals available at Alpha Adventures in Madeira Park, just 15 minutes away.

Must be comfortable with dogs as we have 2 very friendly, welcoming 4 legged furry hosts

This is a 3 story house. Vacation rental is on middle (main floor). Your hosts Dave and Michelle occupy upstairs. Basement/ground floor below is unoccupied/storage area..

Leave recycling items can be left in the blue bins. *place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a “QUICK” load. *Remove used coffee filter from machine.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No music after 11pm 7 days a week. The cleaning or processing of freshly caught fish or seafood in suite or anywhere on property is prohibited.

If guests arrive exceeding predetermined number, we will cancel booking.

We just returned home from our stay at Dave and Michelle's place. We had a wonderful time and created some great memories! The house was lovely and recently renovated to high standards. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need which was important to us as we planned to enjoy family meals in every day. The view from the large patio was mesmerizing and it was interesting to watch the activities in the harbour. We remarked that the beds were very comfortable and there were a variety of pillows to choose from. My granddaughter who is 2 had the most wonderful time swimming at Katherine Lake and Ruby Lake. Dave and Michelle have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable; they are 5 star hosts and we sure hope to return.

Everything was wonderful at this property. Dave and Michelle were excellent hosts, so thoughtful. The place was very well appointed, clean and modern and very comfortable. Three bedrooms AND three bathrooms! The view was unbeatable. Highly recommend!! Amazing place to relax and watch the water and recharge.

This place is fantastic, comfy and cosy, it has everything you need for a great getaway. Dave and Michelle are great hosts, friendly and welcoming, and I recommend trying Michelle’s food, the Shrimp Pad Thai was outstanding! Hopefully we will be back so we can also try Dave’s baking next time!

The hosts, Dave and Michelle, are very nice and friendly people. Rooms were cozy and clean. Very nice quiet house. There is a nice and comfortable living room with two couches with an ocean view. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, spices, coffee machine, kettle, air fryer, microwave, etc. There is a smoker bbq on the deck that can be used. The hosts offer to make a meal- a menu is provided. It’s very useful on the arrival day when you had no time to do grocery shopping. And the food was hot and delicious. There is a deck with a few chairs and a table where you can have your meals. There is also a hummock hanging in the corner. It’s a very nice place to stay. We strongly recommend staying here.

Awesome. Simply awesome. It’s a great area and Dave & Michelle were marvellous. And Michelle is a helluva chef if you’re lucky enough to get a happy hour treat from her! So much to do and the accommodation is comfortable, clean and perfect for a getaway on the Sunny Coast.

Nice little get away

Sunny Sunshine Coast

Family of 6 adults enjoyed a very comfortable stay for 3 days. Recommend the beach at Katherine lake. and the food at Grasshopper pub which also has great views.

Why they chose this property

It's been tastefully renovated and is a clean, comfortable, stylish suite. Ideal for families or for 3 couples. (6 people max please!) Each bedroom is tastefully appointed and furnished.

We accept quiet, well behaved, fully house trained dogs. (2 max per reservation).
