Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 27 m² studio apartment in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with whirlpool shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the apartment in the Charles III and Dr Schmitt parking lots (paying parking lots).

Et la validation par code SMS n'a pas fonctionné au départ. Le fait d'avoir deux interfaces en plus de Airbnb et des échanges de SMS avec la conciergerie fait qu'on ne sait plus trop où chercher les infos... heureusement la conciergerie est réactive"

Le Petit Gourmet "Pour un déplacement professionnel de 3 semaines, le logement était parfaitement adapté. Tout le nécessaire était à disposition. Situé en centre ville, idéal pour être à proximité des lieux de travail, des transports (gare SNCF à 10 min à pied) et des commerces. On apprécie les petites attentions à l'arrivée (bonbons locaux, café etc...). Un guide d'arrivée reçu par SMS rend toutes les consignes claires pour le séjour. Petit bémol sur des petits défauts du logement, le séjour/chambre donne accès à la cuisine qui, elle, n'a pas de volets ou rideaux occultants, du coup la lumière rentre tôt en période estivale, et l'on entend bien les voisins qui accèdent au bâtiment. Mais je reprendrai ce logement les yeux fermés pour un futur séjour à Nancy."
