Pet friendly home in Punat with house sea view

Spend an unforgettable holiday by the sea in Stara Baka, on the island of Krk. The simply and functionally furnished terraced house extends over three floors, which are connected by internal spiral staircases. On the ground floor and on the first floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom. On the second floor is the living room with kitchen and a guest WC. Each floor has its own terrace, with the top terrace offering wonderful views of the sea. On the ground floor, on the other side of the building and with a separate entrance, there is a tavern with a fireplace called Konoba. Many shops and restaurants can be found in Baka. The second car park is chargeable.

Beautiful seaside escape

This rental was even more beautiful than the pictures. The views were stunning and the location quiet and peaceful. We were one of the first guests from the USA and we were very impressed by the location, property, and friendliness of the neighborhood. We did have a little difficulty finding the actual unit as it is on a pedestrian only path about 25 yards from the shared road and parking area. We recommend having a cell phone that works in Croatia to make sure you can contact owner who lives off site. The apartment was well equipped and we were able to walk to the village of Stara Basra. We hope to return soon
