Welcome to our boho rustic paradise. There's so much to enjoy and everything is so conveniently located to our home. 5-25mins from almost anywhere with Schlitterbahn water park, downtown San Antonio's famous river-walk, plenty of great local eats and your favorite restaurants, downtown Gruene and New Braunfels for drinks+live music, you really can have it all, but if you're just looking for relaxation, enjoy our home with amazing couples master bath, comfy beds, and enjoy time with family.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cleaning fee includes going through and vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing home. As well as washing all bedding and towels for use with next guest.
If your vehicle leaks fluids that will stain the drive please park on the street. Any oil stains in the driveway will be $200 pressure washing fee.
Dishes should be done as they are used. dishes should be cleaned and put away before checkout. If dirty dishes are left there will be a $60 charge.

Great Host and Property!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you will need to feel at home. Host is very responsive for any communication needs. I will stay here next time in San Antonio. Great for military families!

Texas visit

The property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was close to everything we needed. The ghost responded quickly to our needs and was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Just Right

We chose this location because we were doing several things in the surrounding area. The home was just right for everything we needed. It was close enough to dinning, shopping, excursions and meetings, but not too close. The neighborhood was great. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
