The Space:
The spacious interior of this studio is newly designed and renovated by Ethos, with brand new floors, modern appliances, a large HDTV, and designer furniture. The entirety of this upscale and breathtaking interior is surrounded by our peaceful garden with its soothing fountains, and accompanied by a garden patio table.

The Beds and The Living Space:
Our studio has a king size bed and an additional sleeper sofa that open to a queen size bed as well. Both beds come with plenty of linens, pillows and comforters.
There is a large HDTVs with FREE Netflix, Max, Hulu, Showtime, Starz, Disney+, Apple+, Paramount+, and ESPN+, blazing fast WiFi, HDMI outputs, sound machine, as well as USB phone and tablet chargers.

The Kitchenette:
Our kitchenette is a perfect fit for a couple or a small family with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Our kitchenette doesn't offer a stove unfortunately. And the essential kitchenware includes plates, bowls, cups and mugs, pots and cooking utensils. FREE coffee and tea, sugar, creamer, and much more.

The Bathroom:
Our newly renovated bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, a hair dryer, and toiletries.

Laundry:
Your laundry includes both washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are also available inside the house. And we always provide FREE laundry detergent.

Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is lots of FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well.

Getting Around:
Our beautiful home is hidden in a peaceful suburban neighborhood of San Diego, only a 10-15 minutes drive or Uber ride to the San Diego Zoo, Downtown and Gaslamp District. It is 15-20 minutes to Petco Park, the Convention Center, Little Italy, Seaport Village, Coronado, and SeaWorld; and about 20-25 minutes to all San Diego beaches and the La Jolla cliffs.
