Great location and was clean. Rule was no shoes however the stairs were very slick and dangerous. Shared deck was a surprise when the downstairs persons dog was barking at the door in the morning.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the location great and the home clean. I did want to clarify a couple of points regarding your comments. We have never previously received a complaint about the solid-wood stairs leading into the main foyer being slippery or dangerous. We take safety concerns seriously, so we will certainly take a look at the stairs to make sure everything is as it should be. Regarding the deck, it is not a shared deck between the two rental units. The deck is part of the downstairs unit, and the property description for your unit does not advertise the deck as a shared amenity. The downstairs unit’s occupants have access to that space, which may explain the dog being outside and barking in the morning. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and are always looking for ways to make our guests’ experience as comfortable as possible. Best,

It was a great place to stay, it was clean and worked very well for our family of 6! About a half mile walk to the T station. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very friendly, personable and brought us some delicious bagels and pastries! It’s about a 30 min T ride to downtown Boston. Half mile to the beach! The Dryft is an amazing restaurant to check out!
