The vacation home is located in Crikvenica and has an impressive courtyard with pool and large sun terrace with outdoor barbecue. Access to the pool area is through the spacious living room on the first floor, with access to the upper floor via an internal shared staircase. You will especially enjoy the beautiful bathing beaches. Walk along the waterfront or discover the natural beauties of this region such as the Risnja National Park or the Plitvice Lakes. In this town there are good restaurants and great night clubs, where various summer concerts are held.

Haus in die Jahre gekommen, nicht wie beschrieben

Vorsicht! Es gibt nur 4 Kilmaanlagen dir eingeschaltet werden, bedeutet, in einem Schlafzimmer und in dem Wohnzimmer unten und oben. Alle anderen vorhandenen Räume mit angebrachter Klimaanlage bleiben aus. Sehr warm im Schlafzimmer. Tapeten fallen von der Wand. Pool war nur die ersten Tage sauber und klar. Balkon oben konnte nicht genutzt werden, Türöffner kaputt und wurde in den 10 Tagen auch nicht repariert. Strom fiel regelmäßig aus. Armeisen sehr viele unten im Wohnbereich ohne das Lebensmittel oder Müll abgestellt waren
