Mooie huisjes, maar alleen een paar op een goede locatie.

Huisje opzichzelf is prima, maar door de constructie van het park hebben enkel een paar huisjes aan de buitenrand een goed uitzicht. Ons huisje lag aan de ene kant aan een straat en de andere kant aan een pad en alle huisjes zijn geschakeld. Privacy is op dit park ver te zoeken.

Eigentlich eine gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln....

Eigentlich hätte die Wohnung mir gut gefallen, bis auf.... : War bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich ganz sauber, Bettwäsche war auch nicht vor Ort , nicht einmal Klopapier war vorhanden, da hing noch die leere Rolle vom Vormieter! Und einige Einrichtungsgegenstände wirken "verwohnt", am schlimmsten Klobrille und Klobürste, die müssten dringend erneuert werden.....

Ein schöner Bayern-Urlaub

Anreise problemlos; Check-In ebenso. Das Haus liegt ganz ok, allerdings schaut man auf den Weg und die Rückseiten der darunter liegenden Hausreihe. Bis auf einige Flecken auf der Polster-Couch war alles sauber; es fehlten nur Küchen-Handtücher und ein Duschvorleger. Übrige Einrichtung war großzügig und funktionell. Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. In der Anlage fehlt ein Kiosk o.ä., insbesondere, da sie ca. 2,5 km von den nächsten Geschäften entfernt ist. Brötchen und Abendessen muss/sollte man in der angeschlossenen Gastronomie für die ganze Woche im Voraus bestellen, was spontane Entscheidungen problematisch macht. Die Gastro im Ferienpark und im Ort ist ländlich-bayerisch; man bekommt viel für sein Geld. Wir haben insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Die Häuser sind gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es gefallen, einschließlich unserem Hund! Das Ferienhaus würde ich immer wieder mieten!

Bezug des Hauses

Check in war das totale Chaos..Wir sind am Sonntag angekommen und die Rezeption war geschlossen,das hatte uns niemand mitgeteilt dachten ab 15 Uhr können wir das Haus beziehen.Nach Langem hin und her bekamen wir den Schlüssel vom Wirt de Gasthauses.Urlaubsfreude war erst einmal dahin.Unsere Vermietern war nicht erreichbar.Nach 2Stundem kam die Antwort mein Akku war leer.Sorry das geht gar nicht.Der Urlaub war dann zum Schluss sehr schön .Das Lokal Hochberglestube ist. sehr zu empfehlen.Sehr nettes Personal und feines Essen.

Mehr erwartet

An dem Objekt selbst ist nichts auszusetzen. Lage und Ausstattung wie angegeben. Wir haben leider gleich bei der Ankunft eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin erwischt, die uns barsch auf die Corona Maßnahmen hingewiesen hat. Einer von uns wartete vom Büro, der andere hat einen Flyer am Anfang des Büros holen wollen. Drin war eine Person am Schalter in der Entfernung von 3 Metern. Der Ton macht die Musik... Das Objekt wird von einer externen Firma gereinigt, die es leider mit einem sehr heißen Lappen tut ( haben wir zugeschaut ) und folglich ein sehr schlecht gereinigtes Bad (Corona?!), Absatzstreifen auf der Möblierung und Spinnweben an der Decke und Terrasse "übersehen" hat. Es roch auch sehr muffig, da die Fenster geschlossen waren. In der Checkliste für den Auszug des Mieters steht, dass die Fenster bei der Abreise angekippt sein sollen. Schade, dass das auch nicht für die Reinigungsfirma gilt. Ansonsten alles i.O., man muss nur am Anfang schrubben.

Quiet and a perfect base

My friend and I went there to do some hiking in the Alps and relax in the evenings. It's perfect for that. So quiet at night you hardly think you have neighbours and a 20-25 mins drive will get you to a wide variety of hiking/walking routes. The charming little town of Lechbruck is a 10 minute walk away for restaurants and so on. All in all we had a great time and can recommend it.

Gemütliche Unterkunft. Gute Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäften. Kinder haben auch ihren Spaß.Genügend Zeit zum Ausspannen da sehr ruhig gelegen.

Ruhige Lage

Eine schönes Ferienhaus, komplett eingerichtet, ruhige Lage. Es ist genug Platz für Familie und 2 Kinder. Afgrund der Treppen vor dem Haus und der Hanglage ist es mit Kinderwagen etwas mühsam, vor allem beim Ein- und Ausladen. Der Spielplatz und der See sind auch gut zu erreichen.

Alles prima!

Uns hat es in dem Ferienhaus sehr gut gefallen. Alles war genau so wie in der Beschreibung und die Vermieterin war am Telefon sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Feriendorfes ist wirklich wunderschön, der Service tiptop und auch über das dazugehörige Restaurant gibt es nur Gutes zu berichten. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall noch einmal dorthin!

Super Lage, toller Ausblick.

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Kleinere Mängel ( Heizung in einem der Kinderzimmer defekt, Türschloss im Bad ließ sich nur sehr schwer aufschließen) wurden innerhalb eines Tages beseitigt. Schade nur, dass man bei Abreise an einem Sonntag die Karten nicht persönlich an der Rezeption abgeben kann und seinen Pfand zurückbekommt.

FeWo gut ausgestattet, alles sauber, angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Feriendorf wirkt mit den aneinander gereihten Wohnungseinheiten zunächst etwas steril und uniform; das wird aber aufgewogen durch den Service der Verwaltung, das kleine Restaurant mit Brötchenservice, die komplette Ausstattung und die gut nutzbare Wohnung (einschliesslich kleiner Terrasse) selbst. Restaurant war übrigens erstaunlich gut, haben mehrfach draussen auf der Empore gespeist und Tag ausklingen lassen!

Der Aufenthalt war erholsam.

Der Service der Verwaltung war gut. Das strenge Feriendorf-Regiment und die Autofreiheit sorgten für Ruhe. Trotz vieler Hunde gab es überhaupt kein störendes Hundegebell. Die Leistungen der obligatorischen Kurkarte insbesondere mit dem kostenlosen Busverkehr sind ihr Geld wert. Das Weißwurstfrühstück des Restaurants muss man genießen. Das dürfte ein richtiges Stückbayern sein. Mit Wetterkapriolen muss man rechnen. So konnten die Alphornbläser auf dem Floß wegen Gewitter nicht spielen. Die Gardinen und Vorhänge im Haus müssten mal gewaschen werden. Den Feriengenuss beeinträchtig hat der Bauer, der mit einer Gülle-Ausbringung auf seinen Feldern das Feriendorf zwei Tage lang mit dem entsprechenden Gestank beglückt hat. Das war mehr als die sprichwörtliche Landluft.
