The tastefully decorated living area offers a comfortable sofa bed and a TV corner, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The elegant and spacious master bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm comfortable bed for peaceful and restful nights.



The adjoining bathroom is a true haven of well-being, with its Italian shower and washer-dryer, offering all the necessary comfort to make your stay pleasant.



For outdoor enthusiasts, you will be delighted to discover a bicycle storage room and a bicycle path at the foot of the building. Only two minutes by car, you will find a Leclerc shopping center for all your daily needs and groceries.
