Welcome to Villa Sarita, a new luxury family home with a capacity of 200 m2 of living space and 150m2 of terrace, garden, decorated by 2,000 m2 with swimming pool. The villa was built respecting the tradition of building houses Istria, in a small picturesque village Šišan village near Pula (5 km). Šišan became known 2000 years ago, a Roman settlement of fishermen and farmers, in which the landscape is a perfect fit. The villa is modern, equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable and pleasant stay guests, and as a kind of combination of luxury and indigenous open to our dear guests. Ten people can comfortably enjoy the luxury of this villa and the beauty of the landscape and proximity to the sea in the quiet intimacy of the Istrian countryside.

wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll der Beschreibung. 5 Zimmer, überall Klimaanlagen, voll ausgestatte Küche, großes Grundstück mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, Pool, 3 Badezimmer. Der Vermieter (Robert) war sehr nett und behob kleinere Mängel umgehend. Ein wirklich toller Urlaub.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Villa Sarita. Robert and Sarita were amazing hosts. The little extra kindnesses they showed were over and above what was expected. The villa is very spacious and clean. Wonderful grounds and pool area. Brilliant location for exploring the surrounding area. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay

Sehr komfortabel, riesiger Pool und großer Garten!

Wir haben bei Robert im Juli eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht mit unserer Grossfamilie von 10 Personen. Von den Grosseltern bis zu den Enkelkindern hat es allen wunderbar gefallen. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Haus sind komfortabel eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Robert pflegt das Haus mit viel Liebe und hatte gerade einen brandneuen riesigen Grill für die Terrasse gekauft. Uns gefiel auch die Lage sehr gut, denn das Dorf Sisan ist sehr ruhig, so dass man abends von den Touristenströmen entfernt ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Haus zum Entspannen

Unser Urlaub bei Sarita und Robert war super schön! Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, der Garten ist schön, groß und uneinsehbar. Toller Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Robert war ein bemühter Vermieter und hat uns bei allen Fragen hilfreich unterstützt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
