Renovated farmhouse with swimmingpool and beautiful view
Close to the bustling town of Condom lies this charming longère, a typical mid-19th-century Gascony building. The house was renovated while retaining a maximum of traditional elements. For example, we find the massive central staircase hall that divides the original house in two.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms with bathroom in the old part, below them the living space, dining room and a modern equipped kitchen. From the kitchen and living space we have access to a large covered terrace with a beautiful view of the new swimming pool and the beautiful landscape of the Gers, with its rolling hills, corn, maize or sunflower fields. In the distance, views of 2 castles and the silhouette of La Romieu, one of the most beautiful villages in the Gers.
A 2nd living space was created in the barn, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms.
