We loved our stay at Vanilla Bean! The cabin was spotless. We had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. We’ve stayed at a number of rentals in broken bow and surrounding areas and this is the best one we’ve stayed at yet. Highly recommend.

Fantastic cabin . Loved all the detail . Hot tub was super nice and the fireplaces made for great ambiance. Also loved the grill very easy to use . Bummed about the burn ban for fire pit use but completely understand with it so dry . We would recommend to family and friends.

We couldn’t have picked a nicer cabin for a weekend getaway. The property was exactly as described but even more beautiful in person. The cabin was immaculate and the hosts have thoughtfully decorated every space. The communication was excellent and there were clear instructions for everything. The outside deck and hot tub were private and very peaceful. We plan to go back with grandkids as they would enjoy their own space upstairs. Thank you Marian and John for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Vanilla Bean in Broken Bow, and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. It was truly one of the best cabins I’ve ever stayed in, and I would love to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable getaway!

Wow ! We absolutely recommend this stay! The house was Extremely clean, organized, and a beautiful rustic home ! The vibes were great !! Exactly like photos but MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL!! Everything was better than expected! The hot tub was great, outdoor lights, we enjoyed it every day. Definitely recommend for families or couples!! Best way to reconnect and connect with beautiful nature. Hosts are nice, friendly & easy to communicate with! Will definitely rent again !! Can’t wait !Highly recommend to eat at all of the restaurants down the road, they’re great !! Loved the Blue Rooster, we tried their fried chicken and Spicy Chicken sandwich, Cleeves Gourmet Food Truck, we tried the Frito Pie, Chili & Old Fashioned SmashBurger!!

Place was great, relaxing watching the squirrels and deers every morning and evening was great way to see nature coming from the DFW area. Miss the country living. Owners communication was perfect quick with response. First time taking fur baby place was perfect for him and safety. Really hated to leave.

Property is secluded enough without being too far away from anything. The location was perfect for us. We felt like we were right in the middle of everything and everywhere we wanted to be. The cabin is very nice and clean. The outdoor setup is beautiful with the string lights. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing deer each day! We were under the impression that there was a tv outdoors and there was not; however, that was not a problem. We also did wish there had been propane for the grill outside, but again, didn’t interfere. We still had an amazing stay celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary and enjoyed all the town had to offer. During our stay, on night one, we did have a power outage. It was no fault of the owners at all, and they were very easy to reach, kept good communication letting us know what could be expected, and put in a call on our behalf. The power was restored shortly after and we were grateful for them being so communicative. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend!

Our grills are actually connected directly to the cabin’s main propane tank, so there’s no need for a separate propane bottle.
