What a beautiful house and perfect location. We had 3 couples, 1 toddler and 3 dogs. Rooms for everyone with their own bathroom. The private dock was great for fishing or sunning. Setting in the pool with the beautiful view of the bay or under the cover to stay out of the sun.

Great house and location
Three families stayed in this house, kids age 15-18 for spring break. The location is great, nice that you're secluded and we never worried we would bother the neighbors if the kids got too loud. Lots of parking was a plus as we had some friends staying in the area and they could just park at our place to walk to the beach. Loved that the beach was never overly crowded, very quiet area. We loved Caddy's and Sharkey's, short walks away. The pool was so nice and the hot tub was great too, spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub. We had to contact the owners to turn on the hot tub heat but they were always very fast in responding. You'll see past reviews about the condition of the house but honestly as a seasoned VRBO renter, it's par for the course. Also, it's obvious that the past hurricanes have done some damage and will take time to get things looking good. But none of that had any impact on the fun we had on the trip. We ordered a skim board off amazon and had it delivered the day we got there, plus there was one already there. We left ours as a donation, which I'm assumed a lot of past renters have done. There were some kayaks and a paddle board but only one oar, but we just took turns on the intercostal with the one kayak. There were a good amount of garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc to get us started but picked up more during the week so the next renters have some to get them through. Over all, great place, would love to stay again.
This house exceeded our expectations! The decor was stunning, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the elevator for getting our luggage upstairs, and the hot tub overlooking the intercoastal was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. The location couldn’t have been better – with easy access to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We spent our mornings sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, kayaking in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. It’s also close to great local attractions and wonderful restaurants. A dream vacation spot we’ll definitely return to!
Great home for families and kids. Plenty of room and things to keep you entertained. Pool overlooking the sound is pretty neat. Private pier to fish from is great. Short walk to the beach. Super convenient location. My only complaint is it is missing alot of lightbulbs in some of the lights inside and out and some general maintence would really make it perfect. Other than that its great! We will be back for sure.
Second year staying here for 5 nights. Can't beat the location and the host was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this home for a large group!
We had a wonderful stay - perfect location and the elevator was wonderful as we had my 88 year old mother with us and it was perfect. Would stay again!
This property is in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants! We had 13 staying at the house, the house was spacious enough for all of us!
Beautiful home and location. The pool area was wonderful and pier out to the bay was great. Location to the beach was just steps away. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after 5 days at Disney World. Relaxed and made beautiful memories!
With this house you get to enjoy both sunrises on the intercoastal and sunsets at the beach! We enjoyed the hot tub and infinity pool when we weren't spending time at the beach. Great location to enjoy many restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Owners were very responsive to any questions that popped up. Perfect house for large groups and families.
Four work colleagues and I rented this house for a two-day work session. It was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We walked on the beach in the mornings before work and enjoyed the pool and sun decks during our lunch breaks. Very enjoyable experience.
Nice quiet location, the cleaning people need to learn how to clean, under the furniture is just layered in dust, just awful! Also inside the oven was very dirty as well, elevator worked for like 10 mins then stopped working, didnt need it so didnt worry about it. Definitely needs some fixing up around the place for sure but overall was decent!
A spectacular property with all the indoor and outdoor amenities you need to make your trip a great success. The property owners thought of everything you need, including games ,grills, kayaks and toys, to make every day an adventure. You only need to show up with ypur suitcases and nothing else. You and your family will have a fun filled day without ever leaving the property. You wont be disappointed.
Great home right across the street from the beach and close to several great restaurants. Check in was very easy and included photos with instructions. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, plenty of towels provided including beach towels. We had a tough time trying to figure out some of the TVs in the bedrooms, lots of remotes per tv and no instructions. All in all I would definitely recommend this property and we plan to come back next year!
I love Indian shores! My family has been going there for years. My girlfriends and I rented this house for my bachelorette party. The view, especially from is pool can not be beat! It’s amazing! Getting to the beach is so convenient-it’s right across the street! Lots of room and definitely would be good for a big family or multiple families.

Our Stay in the Peach House
The size and location of this house is a plus. The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus overlooking the intercoastal. We had 4 couples in the house and everyone enjoyed the week. There were some issues that were not easily overcome. No welcome/instruction booklet for operation of the TVs, the pool and hot tub, the AC, etc. So we had to figure stuff out as we went. We discovered the dishwasher was broken and reported this on day one and it was not fixed until day 4. Also there was a layer of dust on and around the electronics and under the furniture.
You really cannot find a better location than this property. We had our own pool overlooking the Intercoastal and then, about 500 steps away is the Gulf of Mexico with beach access!
Setting in between many great restaurants both north & south, the property was quiet as it set back of Gulf Blvd. Fishing is fun in the Gulf and off the private dock in the back of the property.
Big kitchen with luxury appliances, dinner seating for 8 comfortably plus more at the kitchen island. Great wrap around deck on main level for morning sunrises & coffee, then another wrap around deck at the top level.
Owners were easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions.
If you have a group of 8 and want to be at Indian Shores or IRB (Indian Rocks Beach), this is the place! If we come back with the family, this will be our first choice.
The house and property was exactly what we had hoped for for our family. Our son got married on Indian Rocks Beach and this was the PERFECT headquarters for our family and friends. Every bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable! Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub heater didn't work. More so because I had explicitly messaged several weeks before how important the pool and the hot tub were to us (and got an immediate and thoughtful response). While a mere $40 pool fee was refunded, it wasn't about the money. The elevator didn't work, but that had no negative effect on our stay. Would we stay there again if another occasion in the area presented itself? That's an easy, yes.
We rented this house for my daughters graduation from UT. We had 7 adults 3 teen Agers and a 21/2 year old. We fit very comfortably with extra room. The location to the beach was great and the house had plenty of beach chairs. The pool and the hot tub where nice to enjoy. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck and saw dolphins and boats go by. The TVs where hard to figure out and the grills weren’t clean at all and the house smelt a little musty when we first got there. But that didn’t affect our stay at all if we had been staying longer I would have liked a clean grill. We stayed four nights so we didn’t do a lot of cooking. The beds where comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blanket. The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. The home owner was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. I would definitely rent this house again. We had a great time!
Truly a wonderful vacation spot!
House was clean, just as the pictures displayed and the location was perfect.
The house sets back a way from the road, so you don’t hear the cars on the busy street. And there was no loud music or noise from condos on left. The beach was just across the street and there is a crosswalk signal to stop traffic to help you get across. House was fully stocked in kitchen with plenty of soap in bathrooms and laundry pods. Fully stocked dishwasher pods and garbage bags. Greatly appreciated!
Beautiful clean pool and hot tub and walkway out to the bay. Any minor issues we had was quickly solved by Darcy who was kind and understanding . Plenty of beach accessories and towels for the beach. Only negative was the grill which needs replaced. But this house is very well taken care of and I’m sure it will be replaced. Hope to be able to visit again and stay here.
One word of advice: make reservations to eat. Restaurants very busy.

Luxury Price, not a Luxury Experience
I visited with 5 other professional friend couples on a group trip. The house was in a great location, and the pool was very nice. Cannot comment on the hot tub as we did not use it. However, I feel like the property was poorly managed for a few reasons.
1. The AC would not go below 73 degrees and we were all miserable throughout the night because of how hot and humid it was. When we attempted to turn it down, it would reset to 73.
2. Unusable grills. The big green egg had maggots in it and the other was out of propane.
3. Checkout was at 10am and a guy we believe to be the cleaning person entered unannounced at 9:55 while we were still there. He didn’t knock, and it felt very creepy as he was sitting in his car outside for over 30 minutes watching us. I’ve also never been in a VRBO where we needed to wash and put away dishes. Do not plan to sleep in on checkout day for these reasons.
4. The back door to the patio was broken. They left a note on the door about it (no message before check in), but the deadbolt was broken so anyone could’ve broken into it.
5. Some areas such as the outdoor bar sink and downstairs shower were not very clean and had dirt/grime on them.
6. They did not supply any extra toilet paper or paper towels or trash bags, so we had to buy our own. We ran out of these products after 1 day.
7. The trash from the previous renter wasn’t taken out.
While this house has a lot of potential, we were very disappointed given how expensive it was.
It seemed very run down on the outside, and I was given the excuse "it rains every day" in Florida when I asked about the pool furniture which was dirty and soaked from a tropical storm. The owners were so "energy conscious" that we had to get up early to turn the spa on and we never had the pool heated because of the hours they had established for when we could run the water heater. Unacceptable to say you have a pool and yet not include heating it to at least useable temperatures. Final straw for me is the elevator and 1/2 the electrical in the house didn't work, and they offered to have someone come check out the electrical but ignored the elevator. I am a disabled veteran and stairs are incredibly difficult. Elevator was a selling feature we never got to use even after asking about it twice during our stay.
The pictures showed a house without flaws and while we still enjoyed our overall stay, we would not book again. The place was clean, kitchen was spacious, rooms were well organized with extra storage. The elevator was neat. Our biggest complaint comes from the pool. We paid an extra $150 to have the pool at 80 (over the holidays the high was <50) and the adults never got in to either the pool or the hot tub. The system only running for 3 hours made it impossible for the pool to be ready when it was actually wanted such as in the morning or after getting back from an excursion. The hot tub was used once but majority of the time, it was colder than the pool. The dock was beautiful and long and provided a fun viewing experience throughout the day but solar lights didn't work but were left in place and broken. The upstairs tub in the primary bedroom didn't work (the only tub in the house). The main level shower backed up with 1-2" of standing water. The lock in the upstairs bathroom was broken. The door leading to the balcony on the main level wouldn't close without specific finesse. There were plenty of fans and lights, 4 controllers for fans but no batteries and no labeling to know where they even went too. The heat in the master bedroom doesn't work off it's own controls (how would we know that) but rather works off the study controls. It was 58 on the first night. I did reach out to the owners and had good response but all the things that were broken and damaged could not be fixed while we were there. No mention of these mishaps in their listing. For the price a night, I (we) expected much more than what we got. A manual of the house would be a great addition, all the quirks that you wouldn't know not having stayed there before. At this time, I would not recommend staying here.
