This home is equipped with 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an executive kitchen, dining area, two massive south-east facing porches, and one west facing porch. Elevator access on site. The beach access is conveniently located right at the end of the driveway. There are six guests included in the base price and the property accommodates up to fourteen guests comfortably.

Great spot for friends or family stay. Rooms were great and spacious. Kitchen was great. Pool and deck area were awesome to hang out at. Location is excellent with beach access across the street and great eating nearby (try the mahi tacos at Caddy’s).

Best local ever

What a beautiful house and perfect location. We had 3 couples, 1 toddler and 3 dogs. Rooms for everyone with their own bathroom. The private dock was great for fishing or sunning. Setting in the pool with the beautiful view of the bay or under the cover to stay out of the sun.

Poor Communication and Privacy Violations

I stayed here with my wedding party during our wedding weekend and let the host know months in advance that we would have guests coming and going throughout our stay, which the host never responded to. Despite this, the host closely monitored the exterior cameras the entire time and falsely accused us of throwing a party—which we did not.I also messaged again before our arrival to clarify about having extra guests, and since I never received a response, I assumed it was permitted. Instead of communicating clearly, the host waited until the night of my wedding—an incredibly meaningful and already stressful day—to threaten to call the police if I didn’t immediately pay over 2,000 in added charges.Between the constant surveillance, lack of communication, and threatening messages, my guests and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We ultimately ended our stay early because of the outrageous fee, complete lack of privacy, and overall hostile behavior from the host.I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a respectful or relaxing experience

Luxurious and Relaxing Getaway

This house exceeded our expectations! The decor was stunning, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the elevator for getting our luggage upstairs, and the hot tub overlooking the intercoastal was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. The location couldn’t have been better – with easy access to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We spent our mornings sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, kayaking in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. It’s also close to great local attractions and wonderful restaurants. A dream vacation spot we’ll definitely return to!

This property is in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants! We had 13 staying at the house, the house was spacious enough for all of us!

Awesome spot

Great home for families and kids. Plenty of room and things to keep you entertained. Pool overlooking the sound is pretty neat. Private pier to fish from is great. Short walk to the beach. Super convenient location. My only complaint is it is missing alot of lightbulbs in some of the lights inside and out and some general maintence would really make it perfect. Other than that its great! We will be back for sure.

Excellent property

Four work colleagues and I rented this house for a two-day work session. It was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We walked on the beach in the mornings before work and enjoyed the pool and sun decks during our lunch breaks. Very enjoyable experience.

Great location!

Great home right across the street from the beach and close to several great restaurants. Check in was very easy and included photos with instructions. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, plenty of towels provided including beach towels. We had a tough time trying to figure out some of the TVs in the bedrooms, lots of remotes per tv and no instructions. All in all I would definitely recommend this property and we plan to come back next year!

A spectacular property with all the indoor and outdoor amenities you need to make your trip a great success. The property owners thought of everything you need, including games ,grills,kayaks and toys, to make every day an adventure. You only need to show up with ypur suitcases and nothing else. Nice place but not as pictures show

Nice quiet location,the cleaning people need to learn how to clean,under the furniture is just layered in dust,just awful!Also inside the oven was very dirty as well,elevator worked for like 10 mins then stopped working,didnt need it so didnt worry about it. Definitely needs some fixing up around the place for sure but overall was decent!

Our Stay in the Peach House

The size and location of this house is a plus. The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus overlooking the intercoastal. We had 4 couples in the house and everyone enjoyed the week. There were some issues that were not easily overcome. No welcome/instruction booklet for operation of the TVs, the pool and hot tub, the AC, etc. So we had to figure stuff out as we went. We discovered the dishwasher was broken and reported this on day one and it was not fixed until day 4. Also there was a layer of dust on and around the electronics and under the furniture.

Great Location!

You really cannot find a better location than this property. We had our own pool overlooking the Intercoastal and then, about 500 steps away is the Gulf of Mexico with beach access! Setting in between many great restaurants both north & south, the property was quiet as it set back of Gulf Blvd. Fishing is fun in the Gulf and off the private dock in the back of the property. Big kitchen with luxury appliances, dinner seating for 8 comfortably plus more at the kitchen island. Great wrap around deck on main level for morning sunrises & coffee, then another wrap around deck at the top level. Owners were easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. If you have a group of 8 and want to be at Indian Shores or IRB (Indian Rocks Beach), this is the place! If we come back with the family, this will be our first choice.

Excellent location! Very clean!

We rented this house for my daughters graduation from UT. We had 7 adults 3 teen Agers and a 21/2 year old. We fit very comfortably with extra room. The location to the beach was great and the house had plenty of beach chairs. The pool and the hot tub where nice to enjoy. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck and saw dolphins and boats go by. The TVs where hard to figure out and the grills weren’t clean at all and the house smelt a little musty when we first got there. But that didn’t affect our stay at all if we had been staying longer I would have liked a clean grill. We stayed four nights so we didn’t do a lot of cooking. The beds where comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blanket. The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. The home owner was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. I would definitely rent this house again. We had a great time!

Nice property but needs TLC

We enjoyed our stay but there were lots of little items that needed repair/improvement. Darcy and Matt, the owners, were responsive and did the best they could but the house needs a handy man to fix/update many issues: When we arrived the main floor AC was not working and with 3 bedrooms and the kitchen/DR/LR on that level, 77 was really warm, especially for sleeping. Very few of the windows actually function for opening so no cross breeze available-which would have been a huge plus being that we were located on the strip of land between the Intercoastal and the ocean. The main doorwall had apparently been out of commission for months (as the homeowner stated the part was on back order for that long) so you have to exit the side of the house and walk around to use the deck. To the owners credit they had an AC guy come the next morning and rig the AC to work for the main floor. For some reason that made the AC upstairs (3rd floor) go into overdrive and it was 63 in the master bedroom & bath the whole week, which was chilly. This was even with the unit upstairs turned completely off. In the office upstairs the ceiling fan did not work so owner offered to replace with another he had in the basement. He was able to remove the broken one, but not replace it. Again, to the owners credit they went to the store and bought 4 box fans to help cool the rooms down. We appreciated that. Neither the fridge in the office nor the ice maker in the main kitchen worked. They bought us bagged ice and came back with a portable ice maker the next day. The pool & spa managed to work most of the week, but it overflows into the Sandy area they built overlooking the Intercoastal. Pool guy said they have a “leak issue”. BBQ was in rough shape and all the solar lights that guide you out to the end of the dock are dry rotted and broken. We also replaced ping pong and dart board equipment as it was all trashed. The have 3 or 4 bikes none of which are functioning. Flat tires, broken chains etc and of the two sea kayaks one has a good paddle, the other is duct taped together. The whole garage area needs a good cleaning- full of kids toys, buckets and wagons full of sand. All relatively minor fixes but at the price we paid, you expect more from a property like this. The area is nice. Walk to beach is short. All the furniture and and beds are comfortable. Decorated nicely. We didn’t have any problems with the elevator. We made the most of our stay, & the owners were kind

Unique and lovely Beach home!

Very charming home with loads of personality. The location was perfect; just a short walk across to the Gulf coast and a private pier out to the intercoastal waterway/canal.The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing is that the photos make it seem like everything is flowing from master bedroom to living room and kitchen and it was actually very separated by levels. Perfect though for a couple of families….but we were traveling with 2 disabled guests so it a little tricky.Overall : Excellent vacation spot!!!!!

Great house and location

Three families stayed in this house, kids age 15-18 for spring break. The location is great, nice that you're secluded and we never worried we would bother the neighbors if the kids got too loud. Lots of parking was a plus as we had some friends staying in the area and they could just park at our place to walk to the beach. Loved that the beach was never overly crowded, very quiet area. We loved Caddy's and Sharkey's, short walks away. The pool was so nice and the hot tub was great too, spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub. We had to contact the owners to turn on the hot tub heat but they were always very fast in responding. You'll see past reviews about the condition of the house but honestly as a seasoned VRBO renter, it's par for the course. Also, it's obvious that the past hurricanes have done some damage and will take time to get things looking good. But none of that had any impact on the fun we had on the trip. We ordered a skim board off amazon and had it delivered the day we got there, plus there was one already there. We left ours as a donation, which I'm assumed a lot of past renters have done. There were some kayaks and a paddle board but only one oar, but we just took turns on the intercostal with the one kayak. There were a good amount of garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc to get us started but picked up more during the week so the next renters have some to get them through. Over all, great place, would love to stay again.

Nice house

The house is large and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the pool is lovely. Note that the pool heater and hot tub cannot get hot at same time which is a bummer. We really never got use of the hot tub because it wouldn't get hot. The pool furniture was lacking and needs to be upgraded. The owners were very responsive. We had a broken tv and they brought us a brand new one!
